The food is always great. HOWEVER They need to get rid of the AI at the drive thru. Having to answer 40 questions over and over again when all i wanted was a 12 piece family meal. The AI was trying to sell me everything but what I was asking for. I wont go back to a Bojangles till they get rid of the AI and put real people back to work.

Every time you come to this restaurant it's always something. Have your manager DM or whatever fix your computer system so that you can take people's money. Apple pay it's a tap system it does not mean handing you my phone which I did not have but I had my watch and when you take the watch off there goes to security it doesn't work like that. You and cookout down the road need to both get your stuff together or stop offering Apple pay and let your customers know

Okay so let me understand this you'll spend the money to have some digital system talk to your customers at the speaker which is funny to say the least. But you won't spend the money to fix the apparatus to allow your customers to use Apple pay tap or Google at your window which brings in money. I like to meet the manager owner or whatever person is in charge of this process

The food is good. Driive thru is fast. The lobby is clean. I only have two issues I have with this particular bojangles. The drink machine area smells terrible. Also, some days, there are some front counter workers that are slow and dont care. So, go thru the drive thru, and you won't be disappointed
