Every time you come to this restaurant it's always something. Have your manager DM or whatever fix your computer system so that you can take people's money. Apple pay it's a tap system it does not mean handing you my phone which I did not have but I had my watch and when you take the watch off there goes to security it doesn't work like that. You and cookout down the road need to both get your stuff together or stop offering Apple pay and let your customers know

Okay so let me understand this you'll spend the money to have some digital system talk to your customers at the speaker which is funny to say the least. But you won't spend the money to fix the apparatus to allow your customers to use Apple pay tap or Google at your window which brings in money. I like to meet the manager owner or whatever person is in charge of this process

This is the third time I have gone through the drive thru and they forgot one of my sides. It's not that hard to just give me what I ordered.

The food is good. Driive thru is fast. The lobby is clean. I only have two issues I have with this particular bojangles. The drink machine area smells terrible. Also, some days, there are some front counter workers that are slow and dont care. So, go thru the drive thru, and you won't be disappointed

I only ever get bacon and egg biscuits here. They are buttery and better than Hardee's. They appear under staffed in the morning so the drive through was a smidge slow. Have never been inside so no rating for the atmosphere.
Area under a boil water notice and these guys aren't boiling the water they use for tea. Absolutely gross - they were out of bottled water so their solution was to give unboiled tea to their customers...parasites, feces and all!

For drive thru you have to order from an automated system that misshears you forcing you to confirm your order again at the second window after it's already been made and holding up the line. Also I guess someone was hungry because they ate half of one of my tenders.
