I'm sure the cooks were laughing when they prepared the basic chili with enough heat to melt the plate. Hey, if you're going to serve 911-chili, at least warn your guests on the menu. No mention whatsoever. And no refund despite the fact that I tried just two teaspoons. And my wife's fries were very burned. It looks like they were heated in the fryer a few times throughout the night as they were brittle and very dark. That was a total waste of 48 bucks.

4 out of 5 in our party ordered different versions of the smash burgers.2 orders had rock solid hard buns, 1 order had a soft bottom bun and the last burger order was never received. We inquired about the hard bun and,were told it’s because they grill them, When asked about the omitted burger the server advised they ran out of burgers, Add that to the list of sorry we are out of that food item. The manager allowed us to order whatever we wanted off the menu and that was deducted from our bill, which was nice gesture.

I usually don’t do this. This is actually my first time leaving a review. This was the worst dining experience I’ve had in years. Food was cold, and looked like it was dumped from packaging on to a plate. The bbq was some of the worst I’ve ever had. The brisket was thinner than a potato chip and was burned on a grill. The ribs were dry the rest of the tables order was sub par. The server was non existent and couldn’t care less. She was clueless. No management present at all. The dining room was filthy. Tables still had dirty dishes from the time we got there till we left and the floor was full of food and trash. It’s a shame cause it’s a beautiful restaurant. We had high hopes going in only to be disappointed in the end.

I dont even know what to say, im in town for work and ordered 2 times through doordash. First time I got the Cuban and Mac and cheese. The sandwich was so greasy I couldn't eat it and the ham was burnt to a crisp. The meat on the Mac was also extremely dry and bland with no flavor. A week later I thought I'd try again but this time it was even worse. The food is either burnt to a crisp or extremely dry and has no taste. The burger was so burnt i threw it away, the quesadila had a big piece of cartilage in it. Even the damn salsa was bland.

Convenient location in nice shopping center with elevated Brewhaus sportsbar atmosphere. Delicious food, excellent cocktails & beer with quality serverice and excellent wait staff. Even on a busy Saturday VT game day, we were able to get a table with a short wait time. We'll definitely go again next time in Blacksburg as it is close to downtown but avoids the after game downtown rush.

I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business. It has the potential to be great but consistently falls flat. This was my second football weekend visiting, and both times the bar was practically empty with terrible service. There was only one waitress, one hostess, and one bartender trying to handle the entire place. The staff themselves were friendly, but management is doing them a huge disservice by understaffing.
The atmosphere is unwelcoming, it smells unpleasant inside, and the food is nothing special. I had the chicken cheese wrap, and it tasted like something I could’ve made at home.
I’d only recommend this spot if every other restaurant in town is packed, because this one rarely is.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The chicken salad sandwich is out of this world, the lemon pepper wings OMG - delectable. The service was immaculate and the recommendations by the bartender for my Basil Hayden Dark Rye Old-Fashioned were ON POINT!!!! Stupendous job continue to do what you’re doing!!! THANK YOU!

This is an excellent place. The burger and fries are absolutely on point. My favorite snack to go is the pretzel. You have a lifelong customer if you keep just that for me.

Good causal spot, though we went when wasn’t crowded. The fried pickles and hush puppies were perfect for us Yankees who don’t have many southern places up north. Burgers and wings were spot on.
