Bacon cheeseburger cold. Burger was barely warm. Buns, bacon all cold. Cheese was cold, no attempt to melt onto the burger. I basically got a meat sandwich.

Pretty good
Don’t bother trying to eat here with Celiac. Nothing is handled safely, and half the time you order their gluten free buns they are already out of them. I’ve received my “gluten free” order many times with a normal bun.
Don't order the grilled chicken. It is the least tender meat I have ever ate. It not only takes forever to take a bite from the patty, it is dry as hell, and gets stuck between every single tooth. Moreover, BLAND!
great burgers and milkshakes, but a bit pricey

Employee “Bell” went above and beyond and gave us water cups when she didn’t have to because they weren’t open. 10/10 service.

The burgers are delicious and worth the price, but the fires are not.

Good taste burgers, bad manners from employees. They didn't call me when the food came out for 20 mins. But they called others when their food came out. It is not the first time I had these kinds of experiences in restaurants at Virginia Tech. Do they EVEN learn manners as employees before they start working? The only reason I gave 3 stars is that the taste is good.
It is a good on-campus dining facility.

Just waited an hour for two less than impressive burgers and greasy fries.

Best burgers and shakes on campus
Two days ago, I ordered a custom burger and it was the best I've had in a while. Today, the meal was even better. Burger 37 was always one of the best on campus, and now it seems to be coming back after some employment struggles due to covid.
Long wait, can't customize the burger, milkshakes aren't available half the times, very disappointing.
UPDATE! It is very upsetting that for every order they use a giant brown paper bag —- They no longer use a bag for every order! They also melt the cheese now! They could increase size of the fries though.
It's a solid burger restaurant, quite special for a college campus, not so special if it was placed elsewhere. The shakes and burgers are great but the fries are pretty mediocre. The price would be my main complaint, it's around $13 for burger and milkshake ($6.50 with Hokie Pass), which is pretty overpriced.
