Extreme dissatisfaction with the service consistently received at this Chipotle location. On multiple visits, I have observed and experienced staff behavior that is not only highly unprofessional but also appears to be discriminatory.
The staff consistently displays a remarkably rude demeanor, which significantly detracts from the dining experience. More concerningly, there have been repeated instances where I, and others, have been treated differently based on perceived skin color or ethnicity. This pattern of behavior is unacceptable and creates an unwelcoming, and frankly, offensive environment.
Such conduct is in direct opposition to the values of inclusivity and customer service that any reputable establishment should uphold. I urge the management to address these serious issues immediately, including thorough staff training on professional conduct, diversity, and inclusion. This location's current operational standards are severely compromising the Chipotle brand. I hope this feedback leads to a prompt and effective resolution.

terrible. I asked for a brisket burrito and I was charged for $21 and got a burrito full of toppings! Unbelievable. and when I called for a refund, they sent me to three different people, none of who could help.

I was supposed to get a burrito once and had to argue with support for 3 months until they gave me a free coupon for the burrito I never recieved. At that point I was so pissed I never even got the burrito. If you don't want problems and actually want food that will fill you go anywhere other than here. If there is a problem with delivery they will not fix it. Never had problems (used to order multiple times a month for over 6 years) and first problem after spending thousands of dollars they wanted to argue that I got food I didn't through a 3rd party they contract. Haven't ordered in years now just wanted to add to the reviews like everyone else. Chipotle I hope moes across the street puts you out of business. At least they are friendly.
The food tastes very good, but there are multiple issues. First off, they have gotten my order wrong before. Now i typically don’t care that much but they forgot to put the guacamole which I payed extra for. Also, the portions sizes are so unpredictable. I have seen a guy there take some meat (not much to begin with), and then decide that it was too much so he put some back.
