I think the food was just okay as expected coming from this particular chipotle, The workers were pretty nice but for the love of God why are they so stingy with the portions. I asked for extra rice because they gave me such a small portion and on top of that the vinaigrette is never filled, it’s the smallest portion imaginable. I do not mind paying for it which I mention at the register. It’s ridiculous that I have to beg and plead to get a cup of vinaigrette that will actually be usable in my bowl.

They were out of some ingredients, the store was a mess, employee didn't really wrap my burrito, it just looked like a ripped blob and fell apart immediately when opened.

One of my chicken tacos today had only 2 pieces of meat in it. Completely unacceptable!!! Also the chicken itself had a very dry taste. The tables here are always super dirty too. The Christiansburg Chipotle is way better than this one and the Christiansburg one gives better portions

This is the worst chipotle i’ve ever been to, each worker acts like they are imprisoned to working there and that it’s the worst thing ever. The workers have zero sense of urgency and zero respect, they literally threw my food down after i waited 20 minutes after it said it would be ready and I had to ask them to make it. It was literally comical how bad my experience was.
