The tables and chairs are always dirty, typically takes a while to get service. I mean the food is good as it is Chipotle, however, that’s when you can actually get what you want that is. I’ve never been to a Chipotle with such supply issues. It’s always something missing, no white rice, no black beans, or no pico, no sour cream, no chips with my kids meal. Why are you even open if you can’t serve half the menu?

Incredibly, this one location has managed to ruin the chipotle experience for thousands of customers. Want anything more specific than rice, beans, and meat? Best they can do is slop in a cardboard bucket. Want chips? They're out. Hoping to order online? Guess what, it'll be cold, gross, and wrong. The singular accomplishment of this brain-defying management team is that they have Chipotle-branded packaging and interior design--good job, guys! ... Everything else is literally scraping the sludge off the bottom of the barrel and wrapping it in a tortilla for $15.

This rating is for Chipotle corporate, not the workers. I waited almost an hour for a pickup order but had to leave to get lunch elsewhere. The workers said that they were over 40 minutes behind on orders, at which point, there should be some way to notify people online or allow the store to stop accepting orders. Chipotle's online ordering platform falls short in many ways, would recommend ordering from local restaurants instead.

The line was not clean and when my burrito was made, the worker squished my food into the tortilla and all the juices spilled everywhere. By the end, the burrito was ripped and soggy while the foil wasn’t even fully wrapped around it. The bag had juice all around it from the worker’s gloves. I’ve never had such a negative experience at Chipotle.

We had a flat tire just outside this location and the manager was nice enough to check on my mom while she waited for the tow truck to put on the spare. When we came back in for lunch later, he remembered her, was fun, friendly and joking around with her. Great customer service and a great guy. Thank you for helping us shake off a bump in our trip!

We were in the store 4th in line (3pm on a Sunday) and an employee announced that the store was going to be closing to fullfill a large catering order and if those of us online wanted food we'd have to order online. Everyone in line walked out. You lost 7 customers. Poor business decision

After paying $7.75 (!!!) for chips and guac, got home with yesterday’s oxidized guac. It’s not just the top, the whole depth is tasteless brown goo. AND the chips all taste like burnt popcorn from being over-fried. Are you kidding, @Chipotle???!! Arghh!

Very disappointed to walk in to rap music blaring through the restaurant. I’m all for listening to music and making work fun. However, it was so loud the workers couldn’t hear what we were saying plus the music was vulgar and not really appropriate for a restaurant. On top of the ordering frustration, the chips were stale and there was no ice for drinks. Super disappointing experience in a chain I normally like to give my business to.
