Got food super fast and food was great, until it was time to drink from the vanilla “milkshake”. I spent about 10 minutes trying to suck it up from the straw only to open the lid and find solid, frozen milk. Like deadass it was colder than eating straight up snow, and It is physically impossible to drink it. Calling ts a beverage is devious work. Tbh it was good but just DONT get the vanilla shake 🙏🙏🙏

DRIVE THRU SERVICE WAS HORRIFC. Me and my sisters came to get lunch and it took forever to order the food because the man couldn’t get our order right, which was fine he was hispanic so the language barrier. We asked for the order to be repeated back to us and he said no he would not repeat it back to us that we should’ve asked over the speaker and he slammed the door in our face while we were taking like he was refusing service. Then opened it and asked if we were paying or not and tried to keep my card when handing the receipt. I’ve never been talked to so bad by fast food workers in my life! won’t be returning

If you're going to have Apple pay sticker on your window then I would suggest you'd be able to take Apple pay that does not mean someone handing you their $1,500 phone or taking off their watch. It doesn't work that way. Also shutting the door while talking so that your customer can't communicate with you that's an asinine move. You're a joke

First time ever at a Cook Out and I ordered a Cheddar Style burger. It was almost $6, about the size of a junior cheeseburger you can get much cheaper at other places, and the worst burger I’ve ever had in my life. It wasn’t just bad, it was inedible and I threw it away after 2 bites. I worked in enough restaurants when I was younger to recognize dirty tasting food, and this was a prime example. Tasted like they haven’t cleaned their grill in months, rancid and disgusting. They should really be embarrassed serving food like this.
I have been coming here for a few years with no problem but today didn't get to place my order because I was interrupted by the man taking the orders for the drive through. He started yelling at me in an abusive tone and kept interrupting. So I couldn't place my order. I backed up and left without ordering

The milkshakes are not great they always taste rancid and you can definitely get better milkshakes elsewhere. Fries are very bland you will not enjoy unless you separately get a packet of salt.

Had 2 incredibly terrible experiences with the night shift leader Tammy. Incredibly rude whenever you try to order a pup cup or a side of whipped cream for a dog. I tried several things including buying and ice cream and offering to pay for something to include the whipped cream and she repeatedly refused. Obviously she has something against dogs and was unbelievably rude so I gave her a piece of my mind. I will be moving forward with this and will be seeking out further action because peoples pets shouldn’t be treated like they are problems or inconveniences by people that have a job to provide a product to paying customers. I love cookout but am completely at a loss for why they would allow someone like this to have any sort of management position.

Went to the one in Blacksburg VA. Absolutely horrible. Ordered our food and couldn't understand the speaker operator because they spoke Spanish. Got to the window and verified my order 3 times to a different lady and she couldn't speak English or understand it all. Gave us the wrong food and when we gave it back and asked for a refund, none of the four people up front spoke English to help us. Had to go in the back and get another lady that could speak English to refund our money and she had to do it twice because she couldn't do math
