Called about 30 times about my delivery order. When they finally answered, they were extremely rude and they were not knowledgeable about what I was asking. I never received the food. I’ve never been to a place with worse customer service.

Food arrived well over a hour late and was cold on a Monday at 9 PM. Meat was chewy and bread was soggy from sitting in the box. DONT NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

We ordered for the first time ever, tonight and I wish we wouldn’t have. The food was so bad. It had no flavor at all and the dough reminded me of the pre-made frozen dough from WalMart. We spent so much money for food that was edible at best. Also, why would you deliver 7 calzones, in boxes that all you have to do is check the item on the box to reflect what is inside but not bother doing so? Im not sure if it is laziness or simply a lack of caring. What a waste of money!

Food was good but the employees were SO RUDE. They never gave me a receipt with an order number and they told me I threw it away (I didn’t) and were just super rude and unfriendly. They made me feel like an idiot and less than, which isn’t ideal in a college town. They seemed annoyed by the patrons, meanwhile almost their entire crowd is drunk college kids so I just don’t get it. I just wanted to leave the entire time I was there, I felt very unwelcome and like they hated me being there, even after I paid!
didn’t label any of the boxes. people inside asking for cigs
I have had DP dough several times in the past few years. Mostly delivery. Every single time my order takes over 2 hours to be delivered and is in part wrong. Between missing sauces(extra btw) and cold food I cannot continue to spend money at this establishment.
Sometimes will dine in and sometimes will get it delivered. Usually a bit of a wait for the food but usually worth it. They have three vegan calzones which I love, I love the Vegan Zone and the Vegan Spinner Zone. Me and my friends love the food from here it’s just not always very quick.
The worst experience I could have in a restaurant. See the estimated time 2:04? I got my food at 2:32, cold. I come in the restaurant at the first of the line, and got my food when all people gone. My number is 140, when I come to counter the number is reach 157, no my food. I guess I will never get my food if I didn’t come to ask for it.
Owner kicked us out because p
Parking is the only obstacle. The calzones are awesome.
Update: I am sad to report this establishment has gone downhill since my original review. Since then, the drink machines have been removed for bottles only, both restrooms are out of order, the tables are dented and torn and need of replacement. The various areas are dirty looking and unpainted.
Fortunately, the food quality is still great, but the era of carryout and delivery has left the dining area neglected.

These guys suck in my 5 years of attending Virginia tech they have never given me the sauce that I ordered and paid extra for even when I plead with them they refuse and give me marinara sauce which I specify every single time time that I am allergic too. They do not care about you and will fight with you until you walk away. These broke, pitiful, unwanted excuses for servers can eat it and can choke on the money I tip them everytime before I order. DO NOT EAT HERE, LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE I WISH I COULD RATE THEM NEGATIVE STARS.

I got the Buffer Zone calzone heredue to fasten their ordering process, there were certain calzones that were pre-made and placed in a container, and you could just get one of thosewhile this wasn't going to be as good as fresh food - it did make things a lot quicker as we didn't have to wait for the food - and judging by theamount of people in the store, it would take a whileon the outside, i wasn't a huge fan of the dough. it did taste a little stale/hard, and wasn't really fried as well as I would expect from a calzonethe inside was a bit better, where the filling combined to make a decent flavor profilei will say, the inside didn't seem to be mixed well together - as the blue cheese was largely on the outside, and not mixed with the other toppingsthis resulted in a difficullt eating experience where the blue cheese sauce was hard to stop from getting on your facefor the price, the portion size isn't bad - the two halves are decently sizedhowever, i will mention this place uses deceptive advertising in the menu - where it lists the calories, but those calories are actually for 1/2 the calzone, not the full thing. this is pretty shadyOverall, average late night food. 6/10
