Sadly, whoever is running this store today for the Shaw family, they are costing them business and hurting their reputation. My $65 order took over an hour and a half and said it was delivered but was never delivered. I called the store to see what happened and the young man that answered the phone said they could remake or refund my $65 worth of food that we have been waiting on. I asked what happened and he flippantly said it might have gotten delivered to someone else. I asked how long it would take for him to remake it and he flippantly said well we are backed up right now. This is not the standard for this store and know the owners, Kevin and Allison, would never allow this type of service in any of their stores as I have seen them jump in and work during some of the busiest days when it was most needed for their teams. Being a 25 year resident in this area, I can say this is the worst experience I’ve had. Hope the young man that answered the phone learns some customer service and some other words than GOTCHA.

I live within a 3 minute drive of the store. It took me about 55 minutes to get my order. Using the tracking app, I watched the driver leave the store at 4:11 PM, make a bunch of other deliveries, and get to my house at about 4:55 PM. The food was cold. I also did not receive the two dipping cups that were supposed to come with the orders of chicken wings. This is the 2nd order in a row that was cold on delivery. I have been ordering from this location for 10+ years, but it might be time to try a competing restaurant.

Attempted to order a pizza tonight (delivery). When the order was more than 30 minutes late I called the store to find out where it is. They couldn't find my order by name or phone number, transferred and hung up on me, then would not answer the phone (on hold 15 minutes). My card was charged and refunded 5 times, so I know SOMEONE knew an order was placed. At this point, I don't think I am out any money, but extremely frustrated at the lack of service.

Two completely burnt pizzas. Both were very black all over. There’s no way you wouldn’t notice no matter how busy. Someone at this horrible Domino’s should get written up or have to eat nasty burnt pizza!

Bad. They tried to deliver a very old pizza and made it impossible for me to get a refund because they wouldn't answer the phone. Save yourself the headache and avoid this crappy place. Uninstalling this app. Done with Domino's.

I was very tired and didn’t feel like cooking. I decided to get a Domino’s pizza and it was great. Ordering online was a pretty straightforward process, although I wish you could see the prices as you were selecting the pizza and toppings. The pizza was made quickly and curbside pickup also went smoothly.

Ordered food from here around 10:20, said it was getting checked at 10:55, it’s been an hour it’s 11:55 and I still haven’t gotten my food. I asked for it to be delivered and NO one is answering.
