Angela is the worst she will throw the food against your door if you don’t leave a tip via debit. Won’t knock or anything. This time she left the food damaged no where near the door and threw it down the stairs. I tried to remidy this in the past by trying to open the door she threw a temper tantrum about no tip while I had a 5 dollar bill in my hand. Definitely won’t be ordering dominoes again
We ordered at 11:30 pm waited 90 minutes for our order then it never came, we were tracking the driver and they had made many stops and just shut off at one am I’m assuming they quit - so we waited 90 minutes for no food

Recently there has been 2 times where i ordered delivery where the person came 5 hours after the initial order. The food was very cold both times. Both orders were around 8-9PM and I would always get them after midnight.
In both instances the store was unreachable via phone. I don't live far this location, but was unable to drive due to being very ill. First time I gave them benefit of the doubt, second time I decided to just uninstall the app and never go to this location again.

Absolutely ridiculous wait times for delivery, they apparently can't keep their store properly staffed, and overall aren't remotely worth the price. It's a real shame the Christainsburg store doesn't handle more of Blacksburg, they were always on top of everything when I ordered from them.

I ordered the food at 11 at night. They close at 1 AM. I’m up until 130 waiting for this pizza that never comes. I talked to this robot. They say right on the way I even leave a tip and I paid for it. It was charged to my credit card and no pizza showed up. I’m gonna try to get my money back but overall horrible experience and the food didn’t even really look that good on the website.
Ordered a pizza, paid for it. It never showed up, and app said it was in quality control for hours. Tried calling and no one answered. Stored closed and no one ever texted or called to say order was not coming. Terrible customer service.

I waited in the store for over 2 hours for my pizza. Granted they were busy but according to their app my pizza was already made and they wouldn’t give me my pizza. I was told “oh you want to get into it?!?!” when I asked for my pizza. I get it, you’re busy, I used to work food service too I understand rushes, but that is unacceptable service; especially to then cancel my order. I don’t know what her name was but she’s a short blonde lady with glasses

Placed an order. App says it will be ready for pickup in 18 minutes. Head to the store and the App says Jake is preparing the order. It will be ready in 0 to 8 minutes. It counts down to 0 to 1 minute and doesnt change. 10 minutes later I go in the store for an update and am told it will be 45minutes.... He says there are 100 pizzas ahead of me and the App doesnt work. Really? Never again.

Sadly, whoever is running this store today for the Shaw family, they are costing them business and hurting their reputation. My $65 order took over an hour and a half and said it was delivered but was never delivered. I called the store to see what happened and the young man that answered the phone said they could remake or refund my $65 worth of food that we have been waiting on. I asked what happened and he flippantly said it might have gotten delivered to someone else. I asked how long it would take for him to remake it and he flippantly said well we are backed up right now. This is not the standard for this store and know the owners, Kevin and Allison, would never allow this type of service in any of their stores as I have seen them jump in and work during some of the busiest days when it was most needed for their teams. Being a 25 year resident in this area, I can say this is the worst experience I’ve had. Hope the young man that answered the phone learns some customer service and some other words than GOTCHA.

I live within a 3 minute drive of the store. It took me about 55 minutes to get my order. Using the tracking app, I watched the driver leave the store at 4:11 PM, make a bunch of other deliveries, and get to my house at about 4:55 PM. The food was cold. I also did not receive the two dipping cups that were supposed to come with the orders of chicken wings. This is the 2nd order in a row that was cold on delivery. I have been ordering from this location for 10+ years, but it might be time to try a competing restaurant.
Attempted to order a pizza tonight (delivery). When the order was more than 30 minutes late I called the store to find out where it is. They couldn't find my order by name or phone number, transferred and hung up on me, then would not answer the phone (on hold 15 minutes). My card was charged and refunded 5 times, so I know SOMEONE knew an order was placed. At this point, I don't think I am out any money, but extremely frustrated at the lack of service.
