Tried to get lunch today at about 12:10. I put my order in and was told there was no food available. As I was walking out of the parking lot, I saw two cars turned around after they tried to put an order in at the takeout window. Apparently, the only person who can make food was on a zoom call. Who scheduled a zoom call at lunchtime?

Watch out for cashier they charged me for mine an im guessing the order behind me in drive thru when I looked at the receipt noticed and went back through to have it fixed it was a BIG ISSUE EVEN FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER BEING RUDE! ILL SAVE MY MONEY NEXT TIME! DIDNT KNOW COMPANY POLICY ALLOWS THEM TO USE CUSTOMERS CARD FOR WHATEVER THEY WISH.

I asked for a medium chai latte with no ice and I got a medium cup filled halfway. The NERVE to call this a medium drink just because I don't want ice (which is actually shown to have e-coli) not like the branch will go under for putting more milk or tea in it. Might as well just give me a small cup which is the actual amount of beverage I was given

Stopped in on 10/9 before a VT football game and there was a long line, guess that's expected on a Saturday and especially a game day. The young cashier said they don't take Dunkin' Rewards but when I asked if I still can get them, she said yes. Turns out, she was wrong. Frozen coffee was great as usual; service was good based on the wait. Doubt I'll go back to this particular one based on the "info" provided by the cashier.
