I asked for a medium chai latte with no ice and I got a medium cup filled halfway. The NERVE to call this a medium drink just because I don't want ice (which is actually shown to have e-coli) not like the branch will go under for putting more milk or tea in it. Might as well just give me a small cup which is the actual amount of beverage I was given

Stopped in on 10/9 before a VT football game and there was a long line, guess that's expected on a Saturday and especially a game day. The young cashier said they don't take Dunkin' Rewards but when I asked if I still can get them, she said yes. Turns out, she was wrong. Frozen coffee was great as usual; service was good based on the wait. Doubt I'll go back to this particular one based on the "info" provided by the cashier.

They never toast the stuff that's supposed to be toasted!!!! Avocado toast on plain bread. Big n Toast Breakfast sandwich on plain bread. WTH?

I chose to go Dunkin' today instead of starbucks, because starbucks messed up my drink again... and I didn't want abp coffee that was made incorrectly! Typically this DD is supper busy with 15 students waiting in line, but today there was only one other girl in front of me and 7 people working. I have been drinking coffee since I was 12 and I have worked at a friends coffee shop so I know what I am doing. Let me explain that with iced coffee you have to ask for cream specifically and iced lattes have milk in the name latte means steamed milk! At this DD I asked for an iced latte and they gave me an iced coffee with NO cream!!! I waited for some one to assist me for 2 minutes, but ALL 7 of the workers (even the manager) were talking to each other laughing... not working at ALL!!! I had to go back to the cashier who messed up my order and ask for cream and she gave me the smallest amount! Terrible customer service! I am very annoyed and will not go back here!

Dunkin Donuts is a place of refreshment to customer , for their coffee and breakfast their items are stock ,fill an restock for ready for those customer who love 's ddk items,like their coffee, donuts, bagels, their new items of cup that have in style or other as buy one get one free hmm,sometime Employee don't give you the opportunity to work ,you apply many time but its a good place for other to enjoy day with ddk and their ice cream with family, friends, an new friends.
