Live just down the street. Continually disappointed with this restaurant, last visit my order was cold and incorrect, as I was leaving the parking lot I observed at least four employees outside congregating while one person struggled to do her job?

I was coming back from a long game of pickup soccer and I didn’t feel like cooking dinner, so I decided to get the Original Bag with 2 double cheeseburgers. I was hoping for some decent burgers but they were the saddest little things I’ve ever gotten from a restaurant. I would compare them to burgers from a college cookout where the patties are freshly cooked but the toppings and buns are just straight from the packaging. It was pretty disappointing from a burger place, even a fast food one. Only bright side was the drive-in service was awesome. But hey, I came looking for cheap calories and not tasty food. That’s what I got so it was fair in the end.

Food was very good, hardeys in general usually has slightly overpriced food, but I was surprised to have gotten a meal with two burgers, fries, and a drink. For 5$ Very cool! Service was OK. It took them about 20 minutes to get my food, but the good news is I got it! Atmosphere was good, it's just one of the workers was staring at me and my mother and I did resemble her a little bit and I think she thought we were related or something but we live in georgia, we were just stopping by! ?I give it an A for excellent!
Vegetarian options: There are no vegetarian dishes that I can think of, probably best you go somewhere else! ?
Dietary restrictions: If you're on a diet, you would know that fast food, including this place, is generally not good for a person on a diet! ?
Parking: Plenty of parking! No comlaints!
Kid-friendliness: It is fine for kids. There is not really a kids menu, but I see nothing wrong with a kid getting a small meal for the same price! ?
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there is, of course wheelchair accessibility! Almost all fast food restaurants are required by law to have one anyway, so you can rest easy!

I will never go back to this location. Went through the drive thru and the guy taking orders needs more training. I’ve never been told “hurry up, we’re on a timer here” while in a drive thru. I asked for a minute to decide what I wanted and was rudely met with “are you ready yet?” multiple times. Then after that, decided to tell me to pull up closer to the speaker became now he couldn’t hear me. I ended up just driving away angry and still hungry. I’ve worked fast food and I know a manager should have had a headset on listening too. Letting your employees speak to customers like that will cost you business. Train your employees and do better!

You have an extremely professional staff who obviously works very hard at greeting your customers very well. And my experience what you all need to do is cut the CEO salary of the franchise holder by 10% and give everybody a raise.

Amazing experience Demond the general Manager and the whole group were positive and very energetic! They handled the huge breakfast order ahead of us and then followed by our huge order flawlessly!!!
Brie and Demond were amazing! We had a really large order and they tag teamed with the cook stuff and got our order out in record time! This while filling another large order behind us and keeping the drive through moving. Incredible for only two people on the front end! And smiling the whole time!
