EVERY time my family is in Blacksburg, we eat here or get takeout. The dine-in atmosphere is beautiful, the food is amazing and spiced perfectly. A huge plus for so many gluten free options. I love this place!!!

Excellent food and super nice staff. Love the Salmon Korma and Indian Coffee. We go at least once per week now. A hidden gem. We have tried a bunch of dishes, and have loved them all! My 10 year old loves their butter chicken.

The Dal makhni had a strong smell of turmeric. Very bland. The palak paneer was okayish. And, usually I see more toppings over Dahi bhalle but it was overly basic. The inside was very dry and on the frozen side. Will not recommend if you are craving for something top notch.

After almost a year, I returned to India Garden and tried their buffet. They offer a nice selection, including veg pakora, chicken curry, chicken tikka masala, and fresh naan. The chicken curry and naan were especially good—the naan was soft and freshly made. I also enjoyed the kheer and the refreshing fruit salad for dessert.

At $19.99 per person, they could add a few more options like fish or goat, but overall, it’s a good choice and the only Indian buffet in town.

Absolutely perfect! The service was amazing as well as the food! I was well taken care of here. The rice was cooked perfectly, the chicken was so flavorful and I loved that there are levels to the spices. I love spicy food, I got the "hot" butter chicken and it was perfectly spicy and the flavor of everything was so great. The garlic Naan is also an amazing side with everything.

I didn't know what to expect with Indian food in Blacksburg but actually had a pretty ok experience here! I came after game day and it was surprisingly quiet.

I got the chicken biryani and shared some garlic and regular naan with the table. It wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was pretty good! The naan was pretty good too. My own personal main complaint would be that the servers weren't the most proactive with refilling water- they weren't very available and we had to ask. Also, the chicken tikka masala was not good- don't get it.

Still my go to for Indian but have had a couple of chicken dishes recently with gristle and watery sauce... Some variation is fine with scratch cooking but with the prices as high as they are now I expect the same or higher level of quality, not lower.
