okay i live and breathe for jimmy john’s pasta salad and today it was still great! however, i got the new mediterranean wrap and it was not a pleasant experience. the food did not taste how food should taste. maybe it was expired or just old? whatever the issue was, i do not recommend getting that bc i feel sick and had to throw away half of my $10 wrap. but the workers were super nice while i was in at least!

Granted the food was pretty good. The service and follow through on dealing with a double charge of a large amount has been a nightmare to get handled. I have been dealing with them for almost a month and half and getting the run around and charge has still not been refunded. I even contacted corporate and the store owner and still the issue has not resolved. I will definitely not be ordering anything else from Jimmy John's and especially not a large sports team order.

The food is great but I wish they had a little bit wider of a delivery area. They’re literally 7 miles from my house and refuse to deliver here.

If you want your delivered food left outside your door with no indication that it was left, this is your place! And if you want a really bad response from customer service regarding this issue after years of spending hundreds of dollars with their brand, this is also your place!

Stopped in on a rainy evening. Had to pay to park which was $0.25 for every 5 minutes. May have been able to park and risk it but didn’t want to get towed! Staff friendly, restaurant was clean. Food was really good!
