I was about to run late for class having only about 8 minutes left until it started. The problem was that I was starving so I told the people up front if they can make a sandwich fast enough within that time frame. A guy named Kevin said that he can make it 30 seconds and so he did and with great quality. Props to this establishment and Kevin the sandwich maker!

I ordered a sandwich from JJ today, they are crazy busy with all the college students back and all and I totally get that. Well, they eneded up having to deliver using Uber and well that guy canceled my order and refused to deliver to me because even though there was spots park he refused to hand deliver to me and I cant leave my building so he canceled the order. I contacted JJ and notified them of the issue because when they deliver I have never had any issues so the manager got my sandwich out to me right away and I am just so happy with how fast I got it and how nice hard working all of JJ workers are. They definitely deserve around of applause 👏. Great Job! Also sorry for the ranting.

Online ordering is so slow. Every time I show up about 20 minutes after placing my order. They always make me wait 15 minutes at the store. Shame on me for being optimistic and trying to save time with pickup. Do not order ahead. You will waste your time, I can guarantee that.

Usually pretty consistent but I recently placed a delivery with 3 subs and they wrapped all of them in a tortilla instead of bread for some reason.

okay i live and breathe for jimmy john’s pasta salad and today it was still great! however, i got the new mediterranean wrap and it was not a pleasant experience. the food did not taste how food should taste. maybe it was expired or just old? whatever the issue was, i do not recommend getting that bc i feel sick and had to throw away half of my $10 wrap. but the workers were super nice while i was in at least!

Granted the food was pretty good. The service and follow through on dealing with a double charge of a large amount has been a nightmare to get handled. I have been dealing with them for almost a month and half and getting the run around and charge has still not been refunded. I even contacted corporate and the store owner and still the issue has not resolved. I will definitely not be ordering anything else from Jimmy John's and especially not a large sports team order.
