Stopped in on a rainy evening. Had to pay to park which was $0.25 for every 5 minutes. May have been able to park and risk it but didn’t want to get towed! Staff friendly, restaurant was clean. Food was really good!

I am no longer ordering delivery from Jimmy John's. Their deceptive tipping calculator is a major turn off. No one should be expected to tip on tax (especially at 10% food tax) and the delivery fee (which I understand doesn't go to the driver).
Directions did not prepare me for where I would have to park. Loved it though. They did great!

The woman making my sandwich was the rudest person I've ever had. She didn't even give me longer than 10 seconds to figure out what I wanted on my sandwich and just tossed me my sandwich without letting me add or remove any toppings. I would understand more if there was a line and she felt stressed but there was no one behind me and she still was disrespectful. When it was obvious that I hadn't even finished my order/ paying and didn't get what I wanted she did not care at all. Absolutely rude place that does not care about the food they are giving to you. I don't want to speak for the whole restaurant but the one employee ruined the entire experience.

First time ever there tonight I stopped in after a long day at 11:40pm the guys were really helpful and attentive right away explaining customer favorites etc. the subs were great my wife & I loved them I called back to let them know they’re doing a great job. Keep it up I will be returning!

Jimmy John's food tastes pretty good but it is absolutely not worth $17 for a sandwich. I won't be going back there again.
