We had a bit of a time finding Joe’s Diner, as we are not locals. However, a UPS employee recommended it as a good diner and once we found parking it would be worth it.
We parked off an adjacent road and it did not disappoint!
Very much recommend!!
Family of 3 cost about $50.

It's the best place for breakfast ?? in downtown Blacksburg. I had the steak (medium rare) and eggs (scrambled ) with biscuit and hash browns and coffee. Everything was excellent and cooked to my expectations. Be aware that parking is a challenge for this and many downtown Blacksburg businesses, but walking is good for most people.

Parking: One to two blocks away.

My husband and I were at Blacksburg for 4 days. We had breakfast at Joe's Diner every morning. The service and food was great. Mariana and her co-workers made you feel really good. Exceptional service for sure!! You make a difference.
