Fantastic store. I would say all the Kroger stores in the area have their own strengths and weaknesses. This is now my local Kroger after moving across town from the university city Boulevard location. I like the wider aisles in this store and the added space for produce, cheese, and general navigation. Always plenty of checkouts open. If I'm comparing to the university city store, the only downside of this one is the other side of the coin of having so much space - it takes a little longer to navigate the store or pick up things in the far corners. I strongly prefer this store over the other options in the area and I think they have top level selection and specialty items, even when compared to the boutique options like earth fare nearby. i've been shopping at Kroger since I was in college and appreciate them always keeping their stores up-to-date and with solid current offerings to follow nutrition, and taste trends.

This was a pretty decent Kroger that we went, and when we were in Blacksburg Virginia. It had some things that we like that it had some pretty cool environment and drinking section which I thought was awesome.

Nice well-appointed store with great variety, nice green grocer section with all points covered from the exotic to the mundane . Pleasant helpful staff and clean and tidy grocery.

As usual Kroger has only two registers open and I am waiting in like for 8 minutes. Horrible customer service as expected

The website said that the pharmacy opened at 9 AM I Showed up at 9:10 and there was a notice that the pharmacy was opening at 10 doing only vaccinations between nine and 10. of course there was no one there.

Really large selection, but high prices overall. It's also the only place in town where you can see 100 people, and literally everyone is wearing a face diaper. Feel free to stop by if you like living in a George Orwell novel, but try Aldi in Christiansburg if you want to be around less uptight people, and also save 20%.

URGENT! I recommend that the drive through pharmacy allow customers to say their credit card numbers with out handing it back and forth through the slot. Please stop asking for signatures when picking up scripts. You cant read the signatures anyway, and what you sign is a torn off piece of paper that the clerk tears off un gloved, and you are given on an OLD CHIPPED PRESS BOARD CLIPBOARD that I am sure cant be disinfected and a COMMUNITY USE PEN to sign with. There was no way to wipe my hands clean since I was in my vehicle so I touched my steering wheel ,door handle and my front door before I could wash my hands. It eliminated any advantage to driving through. The clip board needs to at least be plastic at least and the clerk needs to put the bottles in the bags while wearing gloves so the customer only has to retrieve the prescription with out this very not safe way of doing this. The whole reason for people to go through the drive through is to AVOID the contact and if you were sick you would think the same thing. The drive through, as you are doing it, is a bottle neck for contagions. Please correct this. Thank you and stay safe!

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! The management and certain employees (cheese department) are highly discrimatory to the college students that shop there! This is highly disappointing especially since the store resides in a college town. My girlfriend and I attempted to purchase a block of cheese but had it TAKEN RIGHT OUT OF OUR CART by an employee without asking! When we went to express our concerns about the situation the manager (His name is Mike), he had no interest in listening to us, sided solely with his employee, and shoved us away! Both employees clearly showed ageism towards us!!! This situation was highly disappointing and will deter me from returning to the store ever again. You can not discriminate against the largest proportion of clients you see....COLLEGE STUDENTS!
