Loved the experience! Usually go for boba take out only but this time, I decided to done in for dinner. I got the Vegetarian Miso Ramen and it was delicious. I also got Passionfruit Tea boba as well as the Lychee Mochi. All excellent choices. The waiter who served us was also a sweetheart and I hope to be served by her again next time. Ambiance and music was also good!
Vegetarian options: While there is only a few vegetarian ramen options and appetizers, the ones they had very delicious and I am definitely going to come here for a meal again.

The food was good but I’ve never had a server piss me off like this. Never really checked on us so we had no water for most of our meal, and when it came time to pay she couldn’t figure out how to split the check, had to refund us and then still tried to charge me for bubble tea, and when I got THAT corrected tried to charge me for the wrong menu item.

I ordered the Donkotsu ramen and tempura, and the food was great. However, the service didn’t match the quality of the food at all. When my meal arrived, there were no utensils provided, and none were on the table. The server just left the food without noticing the absence of utensils. I had to ask for chopsticks and a spoon, and she gave me a teaspoon instead of a proper soup spoon. Additionally, I requested the tempura as an appetizer, but it came out almost at the end of my meal. Like I said, I’m a fan of the food, but the service definitely needs improvement!
This place used to be our go to for Bubble Tea but they seem to have gone down hill. Got a 50% sugar honeydew tea and it tasted like straight candy...then when we asked if they could make it with less sugar the boba maker said they didn't add any sugar....to a 50% sugar drink....that was too sweet. So we asked if we could get a different drink and we were snubbed. Almost $10 for a bad drink.
A bit sad considering how much we really liked them- guess we are going back to Ninja.

I've been a customer at Kuma Moon since they opened. My absolute favorite drink to get is thai tea with cheese foam on top. In recent months they've GREATLY decreased the amount of cheese foam on the drinks. I know this sounds like a silly issue, but when I'm paying $1 extra for cheese foam on top of an already $7 drink, it feels disrespectful to get a tbsp of foam. They've really stopped caring about their customers and the quality of their service. My friends and I have ultimately agreed to stop going at all so that we're not disappointed every time we go to get our favorite drinks.

Was in town to check out Virginia Tech university and stopped by this little gem and it was absolutely fantastic! Since I don't eat meat, I got the potato wrapped shrimp and the vegetarian ramen and it was really good. My family got the other ramen and sausages appetizer and they said it was yummy too. It's a cute little place and the service was very good. We spoke to the students who goes to VT are the ones working there part time. Very reasonable priced too so I highly recommend this place!

Kuma Moon is always SOOO good. The food is amazing. I always get the Creamy Vegetarian and my fiance switches between a couple of things (inferno ramen and chicken katsu are his favs) and we are never disappointed AND you get a huge portion size for the price. Kuma Moon is always at the top of our list for dinner out.
Vegetarian miso was amazing! Wife had the creamy vegetarian soup. She commented that the tofu could have been marinated before cooking for a bit more flavor but loved it. Very friendly and attentive staff. Clean and food came out quickly. We’ll definitely be back!
Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is on the first floor and the wheelchair ramp onto the sidewalk is right by the door.
