I did not understand ramen until I went here. I have some friends who live in bigger cities, they do NOT like this small college town in the middle of Virginia. Moved out as soon as they graduated from Tech, but they come back to Blacksburg to get Kuma Moon because they cannot get something like it where they are. Phenomenal.
Amazing atmosphere and even better service! I got the Inferno Ramen with a Taro Milk Tea and both were incredible. My server, Eden, made the whole experience even better — she was super attentive, friendly, and just overall awesome. Definitely coming back!

The Inferno ramen was spicy and flavorful without being overwhelming. Removing the corn let the broth and heat stand out more, which made it feel richer. This was a good choice.
The fried gyoza were crispy on the outside and soft inside and paired well with the ramen. The spicy seaweed salad was refreshing with a nice kick, and it balanced...
