So y'all can get me a chocolate fudge with chocolate on top but y'all can't get me a chocolate fudge in the cup first then on top but first I ask for a chocolate fudge y'all say ya we can get it but right when I say can I get chocolate in the cup first then on top y'all wanna switch up y'all's words and ik damn well y'all are supposed to be giving chocolate in the cup first then on top I'm not stupid about it I had chocolate fudge for since I was little and it never changed but then I asked for the same thing not to long ago and y'all said y'all was out this time I come in after waiting a couple of days for it to come back and y'all want to tell me the same thing that's B's and I think I deserve my chocolate fudge how I want it and not to refuse my order just by telling me y'all out cuz ik damn well y'all are not out y'all just saying it just to say it at this point

The young lady who works the second drive thru window during weekday lunches around 12pm has THE WORST ATTITUDE EVER!! Rolling your eyes at me when I say thank you?Srsly? I USED to come here for lunch everyday, but I'm not doing it anymore.

I placed a 40-piece nugget order through the mobile app, which estimated a 5 to 10 minute wait. Instead, I ended up waiting over 20 minutes. While I waited, I noticed other customers with higher order numbers like 163Xreceiving their food before me, even though my number was 1624. I also saw three-digit orders being called out, likely from drive-thru or kiosk orders, which added to the actual waiting time.

To make matters worse, when I finally received my order, each box only had 16 nuggets instead of the expected 20, so I'm losing 8 pieces of nuggets in total. This isnt just disappointing, it feels dishonest. If you want customers to trust your service, these kinds of issues need to be addressed.

Drunk college kids. Loud, cussing, bumping into my kids. Waited 30 mins. Food was old and soggy. Didn't get my fries. Do not go here. Drive 10 minutes and go to the other one.

I have been coming here for 30+ years. I have watched this place keep going downhill. Mainly, it's the people and the food quality. The morning staff is fair at best and is hit or miss. I love the sweet older lady in the a.m.; when she is there, she always makes sure my food is always right and the way I want it. Other than that, there is never anyone at the counter unless it's her from time to time. I can give example after example of them taking 20 minutes, or crabby people, or people who don't speak English.

So I will not spend any of my hard-earned money on poor service, long waits, and poor-quality food.
