I think the food is good but I agree that the service is a little bit too slow.

This was one of the worst culinary experiences I have ever had. I am writing this just after I have washed my mouth out due to flavor of the chips. They got my order completely wrong, the food it's self was awful. The burrito was soggier then the drill field was on Purdue game day. The chips were sickening. Sickening. Sickening. Don't go here if you want to enjoy a nice meal, maybe consider it if your looking for a fantasy football punishment. The staff was friendly, that was the only highlight. I am concerned for my health. This location needs to be under investigation and closed permanently.

Awful place. The employees have nasty attitudes. The bar is always empty and their response is always “we don’t have this, we don’t have that”. Bunch of lazy employees expecting tips for nothing. Wouldn’t suggest eating here unless you love food poisoning. It looks like their meat is undercooked too.

Moe’s Monday has changed me as a man. If I had to choose between my first child and Moe’s Monday I’d help that kid start packing, that is the beauty of Moe’s Monday.

the only good thing about this place is the queso that you can get for free with some coupons or something. otherwise chipotle is right down the street. i wouldn't recommend this place as much as chipotle. just take a few extra steps across the

Staffed by human sloths who can’t fold burritos, make chips, keep the food hot or clean the dining area.Standing in line for 40 minutes gave me ample time to observe the glacially slow movements with which the one staff person was preparing the food. I get it, this is demanding minimum wage work that they hate, and I felt that hatred in every cold bite of my burrito. A burrito which the staff tried to fold multiple times, intentionally smooshing the food around, making a burrito soup before finally folding the flattest, saddest burrito I’ve ever seen. The dining room was a mess with overflowing trash cans and dirty tables. The cashier forgot to put chips in the fryer and told me they were out, while I stared at the bag of unfried chips behind him on the counter. We had to pay first before the cashier leisurely retrieved our food, opening and putting them into bags like he was handling fragile material.Worst dining experience I’ve had since… well this one was the worst. For the first time in my life, intentionally did not finish the meal.Went to Chipotle afterwards for dinner.

Don't bother ordering online it will never be ready when they say it will be

I literally made a yelp account to leave a 1 star review because the workers were moving without any urgency. It took 55 minutes from the time I walked into the store until I was handed my order and there were only like 10 people in front of me.

I hardly ever review restaurants, and I have never been compelled to make a negative review, but this is possibly the worst dining experience I have ever had. My friends and I stopped in after a football game, and there were about 15 people ahead of us. We knew there would be a bit of a wait but we had no idea what we were in for. It was 55 minutes before we got our food (in which the chicken was dry and the guacamole was unsalted). The employees moved with no sense of urgency and they made multiple mistakes while making orders. I asked for a side of queso. The fajitas had spilled into the queso and the employee making my food scooped multiple queso-covered peppers into my queso cup. He stopped himself, considered his choices, and asked "Do you want the peppers?" Obviously I did not because I did not order my queso with a side of fajitas. Then, since every entree comes with chips and salsa, I was expecting to receive chips with my order. I was handed my food and the employee started walking away, so I asked politely for chips. He seemed surprised that I even asked. I was then handed a bag with less than 10 chips in it with a "Sorry we are low on chips." After the ordeal my friends and I endured getting our food, I wanted my chips. I asked when more chips would be ready. Turns out, it only takes 30 seconds to fry tortilla chips, and none of the 3 employees working thought to refresh the dwindling supply. Although this experience was entertaining, it was unacceptable service, and everyone in the restaurant was frustrated with the sloppiness and absolutely glacial pace.

Moes is usually good but I came to this location for lunch and my salad bowl is full of sad looking lettuce with browned edges. Cilantro pieces also went bad. How are they serving this quality ingredients?

No no no no! Moe's has gone far down hill from what it used to be. The guys working there especially the cashier was super kind and friendly and I wish he had a team and management that cared for the location and its brand. All the food looked more than a few days old, the guacamole was brown. The rices were dry and burnt. The veggies were all wilted and sad looking. The proteins were grey and smelled really funny. The chips were fresh though. The dining area was a mess. I should have known something was up when the entire establishment was empty but I blamed it on the summer vibes and the university not being at full capacity. However this is no excuse for terrible food and an unclean environment. Moes in general used to be fun and upbeat with vibrant flavors, now Id get more vibrancy at Taco Bell. Do yourself a favor find another place to get food. They should turn this place into a bookstore.

Darius is such a good singer! It really makes the place sparkle. The employees were very nice. The burrito was super good, especially the tofu. The sauces were so good I got lost in them.
