I asked for stiletto nails. The man kept asking me how long I wanted them and I kept saying longer but yet he still cut them too short even though I said longer. Then he proceeded to shape them. Mind you, still ego nails come to a sharp point. He kept rounding the ends off making them an almond shape. They are so over priced and their work sucks. As soon a so left I went to Blake in the mall to get them fixed. Never will I ever go back. I do NOT recommend this nail salon
when I asked for pedicure and manicure for me and my husband they completely ignored my pedicure and his manicure and basically did half of the service requested. staff didn't say a single word to me other than asking what I wanted and telling me when it was time to pay. I previously had a great experience here when I came in with about 7 people for my wedding in 2018 but after this I don't think I'll be coming back.

Went to get a gel fill last Monday and already have significant chipping on both thumb nails. Not very straightforward about prices and ended up paying $43 for a fill, before tip. Would not recommend going here. Nail tech also nicked me during services and kept going on like I wouldn't notice. However, I did receive a call from staff offering to fix my nails after posting this review. Wouldn't go again after my experience but impressed with their want to fix the issue.
