Complete waste of time. Went in with a friend today, he got service without any problems. When it came to my turn i was completely ignored by 2 employees, then another customer came in, got served immediately while i was standing in line infront of the meats. I went back to stand by the noodles where another employee came by but also chose to completely ignore me. At this point i decided this place wasnt worth my time and that i would rather starve than put up with their shenanigans. I sat with my friend as he ate his lunch, and left without getting anything for myself.I dont know what it is about panda express but the employees they hire are terrible, neglectful, unattentive, and obviously dont care about being there. Ive gotten this feel from multiple locations over the last 2-3 years.

Shout out to the dude that took my order! It was a super friendly atmosphere. I had double orange chicken with fried rice and it was super yummy!

The food here was great! Tasted fresh and warm. The meat was very tender and flavorful. Love the Grilled Teriyaki chicken. Sony was very helpful in making sure that our meal was good. I really liked the atmosphere too. They had some great tunes playing in the kitchen from the Beatles, Nirvana and others, and its volume was quiet enough to comfortably talk over. I've had their takeout once before, and it was also very good.

First time eating at this restaurant yesterday, the ppl were great nice and friendly, however the food was disgusting. My husband and I ended up with food poisoning. For the money it was a good price and good amount of food. However I won’t be eating from this place again.

A few disappointing things. 1) They now charge for a cup of water. It is only .49 but still stinks. 2) when another customer questioned a charge about taxes the manager was a bit rude. Then after the other customer left the employees continued to bad mouth the customer who complained so loudly the whole restaurant could hear. Not very professional.

We eat here all the time, the food is good and the service is decent. The only inconsistencies when we visit are running out of items and having to wait for them at peak traffic. I can only suggest cross training staff to avoid this bottleneck. Besides that we've been here 100 times and have probably only had 1 or 2 experiences that had any real issue. Definitely recommend just watch out for those busy times, maybe order ahead.

An hour before closing and the food was stale, cold and crusty. About as flavorful as cardboard. What Chinese restaurant serves rice and no soy sauce? Panda Express. Or Panda Suxpress as this location lives up to that name. And the punks working there are rude.
Undercooked spring rolls. Undercooked chicken. Undercooked, raw cabbage. Other Panda Express’ in the area are good, but not this one… it’s always something with this place…

Danger! MSG IS IN THE FOOD HERE! GAVE ME AND MY FRIENDS HEADACHES REPEATEDLY! Sadly, they claim No MSG added to the food, but according to an ex employee, there is MSG in the base they use for their sauces, so they cleverly say they add no msg, because its already added separately to the sauce base.Deceptive advertising! Fraud!! This place is an insult to true chinese food. The chow mein taste like cardboard. No thanks, I will simply deal with the hassle of cooking at home. Thanks but no thanks!The individuals that work there, however, are as courteous as one can ask for. Friendly and fast.

Joshua took my order at the drive through. However, he interrupted my order and explained there would be a 6 minute wait. Fast forward 15 minutes later I was still waiting by the drive through. I’m assuming he went on break or forgot, he didn’t come off as all that genuine. I’m giving this five starts as a young blonde lady demonstrated excellent recovery when I finally went into the store to see what was taking so long. She was very apologetic and seemed genuinely sorry for my wait. She then gave me a free drink! So 5/5 for her!
