They send the wrong order ever time.
Pls learn how to”grill.” Grilled cheese sandwiches are not merely warmed bread that can be done in the microwave.
Panera: a grilled cheese sandwich should have color on both sides as if the bread has come out of a toaster! BTW, that does not mean a panini either. Did your mom ever make you grilled cheese when you were a kid?
BTW, why does every other sandwich on your menu receive a sliced pickle except an order of grilled cheese?
This is the worse Panera location I have ever dealt with. Every time we come in town they mess up our order. This particular time they left out a sandwich which was not discovered until we were miles away. The manager claims they cannot deliver the sandwich (from their screwup) to our hotel yet I have seen them do it for other people. Yes! They are constantly messing up orders at this location, we are not the only ones! So I then asked for a refund and their computer system...read full review
