Food is pretty good, but the place is dirty like every other Panera. I guess they borrow a vacuum cleaner once a week to get some of the sandwich pieces out of the dingy carpet? Seriously, didn't see anyone busing or cleaning. And the exterior of the men's toilet bowl clearly not cleaned overnight (or even recently).
Every Panera I visit is the same, so clearly about corporate priorities or poor store management.

Absolutely the worst Panera in VA. Anna could not be more rude and as she was being rude she then said “you’re welcome” as she handed me my order. Clearly she is not wanting to be at work today and is lacking people skills. Never coming back to this location. Hopefully Anna can find a job that doesn’t require her to talk to people.

All the tables are filthy and covered in food at all times. Employees are incredibly rude to customers and the manager (I’m assuming she’s a manager, always bossing people around) is incredibly unprofessional.

After a 12 night shift we waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes to walk in the door a minute to a minute and half before 7am for opening and the man said we're not open yet and didn't want to wait on us so we left and won't go there again . Went to the Christiansburg Panera Bread and was welcomed with very nice and polite lady who happily waited on us and will definitely go back.

It’s extremely frustrating to place a pickup order only to find out that part of your order is missing, especially when you live 40 minutes away. The receipt had check marks like they had checked but clearly not.

I had asked for extras on my sandwich, came home to a huge disappointment . It was like a 6 year old threw it together ! Maybe 4 pieces of lettuce and 0 xtra toppings and I paid for the extras!

I went to the Panera in Blacksburg this morning and had a terrible experience. I walked in with my daughter, and we clearly and slowly stated what we would like. We ordered one cafe latte, one fountain drink, and two sausage and egg sandwiches. We ended up waiting 40 minutes for our order, even though there wasn’t anyone in front of us in line. The two guys in the back were joking and chatting and slowly pushing out orders and didn’t take our order seriously, even though we were on a deadline and needed to leave. We got our food, but we didn’t get the cafe latte. We asked someone whether it was coming out soon, and they went back to check for about 10 minutes before we got a response, and they told us that we didn’t order a cafe latte. We did, and it was the very first thing we ordered. Eventually a manager stopped by and asked whether we were the ones that ordered the latte. We said yes, and asked whether we could get it quickly since we had to leave and we already spent a lot of time waiting for our food. We got a nod and they went to the back to make it but we had a couple employees during that 10 minute waiting period for a single latte continue to check and ask us whether we did in fact say a latte and whether it was hot about 3-4 times before we actually got the latte. It was now an hour we were waiting for our order and we finally left. When we got in the car and opened up our order, neither of the sandwiches were egg and sausage. One was a cinnamon crunch bagel with ham and egg, and the other a cheese bagel. We really needed to go and were already late to our prior engagement so we didn’t go back in to ask for our real order, because it’ll likely take 20-30 min before they even hand it to us. In all 20 years I’ve lived in Blacksburg and gone to this Panera I have never had a good experience, but I’ve never had one as bad as this, and thought this was bad enough to sit down and give my review so that at least the managers are aware of this happening. Thank you
