A downright disrespectful amount of marinara for the bread sticks. A true day ruiner. This is up there with drive through forgetting to give me a straw except worse because this was intentional.

Man yall some bums didn’t cut my pizza and there’s no garlic sauce or pepperonchini
100% what you want from Papa John's, fast pizza that my kids love with friendly service and dependable consistency. This is what we all want fast food to be. It feeds the needs of my family on a weekly basis.

Ordered pizza several times, every time the pizza barley had any cheese or toppings on it. For the price I was disappointed

I ordered a 9.99 carryout on line and was overcharged before tax. When I went to pick up my pizza. I asked the manager about it. She was totally rude and said there was nothing she could do about it. I said just throw in a soda and we will call it even and she said there was no way she could do that. Good customer service is a thing of the past. I will never go there again.

The pizza didn't taste good, like it usually does.

America is a hellscape for food service workers, and working retail in this incredibly fractured world is challenging. I get that working at a corporate chain like Papa John's is hard. It's prescriptive, repetitive hard work near a hot oven. There are unreasonable customers and low pay. I understand these hardships and economic inequity, but accounting for this it is still hard to understand the behavior of some of the staff at this Papa John's.Some folks here are lovely. Some are not.The food is fine. It's the same as every other Papa John's in America.I suppose that our local Papa John's is as much of a barometer of the health of our society as any other retail or fast food restaurant, but man, some of the folks here break my heart. America breaks my heart.

If they got your order wrong and you don’t get it fixed in the span of 30 MINUTES, then you suffer for their mistakes. The domino’s across the street is faster, the atmosphere is better, and the cashiers sure are nicer(the girl at papa johns smugly pointed to a piece of paper that I was too late to get the order I wanted). Don’t spend your money here and definitely don’t leave tips because apparently tips still won’t get you the food you ordered.

“If you don’t love your pizza, tell us why and we’ll deliver another one absolutely free.” Is apparently not true at this Papa John’s. My girlfriend ordered a gluten free 10 inch pizza because she is allergic, and she received a regular crust. She, politely explained this and was told to present her pizza back at the shop before we could get the right pizza. Not really how we wanted to spend our evening.
