100% what you want from Papa John's, fast pizza that my kids love with friendly service and dependable consistency. This is what we all want fast food to be. It feeds the needs of my family on a weekly basis.
The food is delicious and pretty consistent. This location seems to be having problems adequately staffing and direct delivery is often not available. If you are looking for carry out and not ordering during their busiest timed thing will likely go well.
I love Papa John's pizza so I will continue to get pizza here, but I was somewhat disappointed with my most recent experience. Despite living in Blacksburg city limits and less than 10 miles/less than 15 minutes from the shop, delivery wasn't an option. I had also asked for extra pepperoni, but on only half the pizza. Instead, we got light pepperoni on the entire pizza, and it was oddly underneath the cheese instead of on top. I don't know where the wires were crossed...
