My husband and I have been quests at Preston several times. We attend on Saturday with friends who have near been there before. The food was excellent as usual. and we all enjoyed our meals. My husband and I both had the pork chop with acorn squash, The serving of the squash was disappointing, only one rib equated to about 2 bites. Preston's is a consistent 5-star rating. I dine there four to five times a month; I have never been disappointed. The choice of food is delicious and healthy. The service is excellent - polite, kind, and all that work there enjoy what they do. No matter how busy the restaurant might be, I am always treated in a very kind and warm manner by the Greeter, Servers, Chefs, and Managers. Such appreciation in a large establishment is rare. Preston's has set a standard for hospitality.
The steak we ordered was extremely over cooked, and the burger was not at all as advertised. The food overall from appetizers to dinner plates were very underwhelming, especially for the price. The staff was pleasant. The restaurant decor and vibe felt like an average hotel restaurant.
