The petite crab cakes and BBQ is amazing! Great bar set up, too. Highly recommend, but call early because they book up fast!

They talked a big game, but they are not professional AT ALL! Had a terrible experience with communication, food, and day-of deliverables. They did not want to take responsibility for the anything that went wrong during our wedding celebration. If you want to have a good experience, make sure you are the ONLY event on that particular day. AND, double check EVERYTHING they say they will do. There are not many options in the Blacksburg area, but event planners, be ware!

Had the pleasure of working with them this weekend. And the name says it all! Completely professional. They’re amazing! Showed up on time. Able to accommodate and think on the fly. Everyone enjoyed the food. Highly recommend!

Where I work has used you all for many years and I have to say that this year's holiday dinner was the best tasting we have had in a long time. I don't know if you all got a new chef in the last little while but I was very pleased this year. It is such a difference in taste (we always have very similar items for our holiday dinner), that I had to get on here and leave a review! Many of my coworkers agree that everything tasted delicious today! Thanks again.

LOVE using Professional Catering!! My Department at VT uses them often and I have used them for personal events as well. They do an exceptional job and I know that I can always count on excellent service. They are also just great people to work with!!
