Gross, point blank. We stopped by for lunch based on the pictures from Google of the food, but that's not what we received. I ordered 3 pork tacos, and as soon as the kid set them down I knew it was going to be bad. There were two different types of liquid filling the plate about a quarter inch, so all 3 tacos were not only soaked on the top with juices, but the bottoms were completely soaked, 3 fully wet and mushy soft tacos. I gave it a shot, but it tasted bad as well, it was essentially runny coleslaw from Kroger slapped on a soft taco with a tiny bit of runny wet pork mush. Holding it felt gross, it was just wet, slimy, sticky, and not edible. When the kid originally sat us, he mumbled something and walked off, no suggestions, no anything. After the "food" came, I let him know about the issue, he just sort of went "ohhhhh" and walked off carrying it to the back.Side note, we were literally the only people in the entire place (bad sign) and the music was party volume uncensored pop/rap. I listen to all kinds of filthy music, but it's weird being in a "restaurant" with your significant other, and the music is talking about (not sure what it will let me write here) f-ing someone in the face and the other word for cat, at full volume. Just imagine if you went in there with your elder parents and something like "pop that p" by 2 Live Crew is on while you're trying to choke down a couple of wet tacos. Yikes. You can tell it's a party bar at night when students are in town, every surface of this place is worn down or sticky. It's clear they make money on the bar crowd and don't care at all about presentation for people that are coming in to just eat.Verdict: Disgusting, bottom line. Eat literally anywhere else, even Wendy's would be a cleaner and better prepared option.

I just moved to Blacksburg and I think it’s fair to rate restaurants based on a it’s Blacksburg” lens. For this area, I’d give this place 5 stars. We shared 24 wings among 4 people and they were crispy and large. We tried 4 flavors and enjoyed them all: spicy soy garlic, soy garlic, sweet chili, and our table’s favorite honey wasabi. I also got korean fried chicken tacos which were a little dry, but overall still good and especially made better with some sauce. Priced fair and best place for wings. I enjoyed it and would return. Their spiciest stuff isn’t that spicy but still has good flavor.

It feels similar to Korean-style chicken, but it's not really Korean-style chicken. At least the soy sauce tastes similar. Sweet chili has nothing to do with seasoned chicken and just tastes like sweet chili sauce. The quality of the meat is pretty good so it's worth eating. Chicken radish is perfectly Korean. The price feels a little more expensive than other wing sales places.

I love everything about this place. All the food I've ordered has been amazing. The staff was nice and friendly. The food came out quickly and was accurate. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable. Most times, there is available parking right next to the restaurant. All around fantastic!

This was our second time going to Ridiculous Chicken. I was excited to try the korean fried chicken as i love BB.q chicken but the closest one is several hours away. It didn’t disappoint! The chicken is crispy and is good meat. I always ask for my sauce on the side so i was able to try the different sauces. They weren’t the best in the world but complimented the friend chicken. I definitely recommend the slaw as the side their slaw is better than most places and a bit sweet. We also has the korean tacos and I thought they were good but not worth the cost if you get chicken. I got the chicken tacos and it was just a generic chicken tender with their slaw on top and with sauce. The dumplings were good but nothing special tasted like the premade ones that they just steam (which was still tasty! Just not an exclusive to this place thing) lastly we had the ramen and it was really good. A decent size portion for two meals and had all the good ramen toppings! The broth was not the best we have had but good enough to go back when we are in the area.Tldr: the Korean fried chicken with slaw was the best.Place was empty when we were there. they seem to get more take out orders in the afternoon. Waiter was nice

Never have I ever witnessed someone get rejected from a bar for having a real ID. They genuinely thought my friends REAL ID was fake after letting in 3 people back-to-back with fakes. This was unbelievable. Not only that, after handing them my $10 in cash for the cover, they proceeded to say that I DIDN'T HAND THEM MONEY. And then did it AGAIN to the person directly behind me. I am absolutely ashamed to say this place exists at Virginia Tech. Just for reference, this is in regards to the young women at the front who was wearing a fanny pack and her associate, a younger man. The bouncers letting people in were clearly un-intelligent as well because they rejected a real ID and then proceeded to try and charge him $30. This place is a joke. Do not go here unless you want to be with all underage people, mostly men, and then pay a ridiculous cover charge that no other place around here charges. Also, the music is terrible. Just wait til you turn 21 or try your chances at Champs. If anything, this place should be closed.

My family just moved into town and I can confidently say all but my grandma loves it here. Only reason she didnt was because she asked an odd question about portion size and didn’t get the answer she expected. We LOVE the ramen here, have tried all the broth bases and protein options, and it’s consistently pretty and delicious (beef dumplings are the best). I usually can’t finish a full bowl and sides, the portion size is great for what you’re paying. The wings are also delicious, our whole party has eaten 36 in one setting. The sides are also delicious and the staff is great getting food and drinks quickly. I should mention, we tend to go mid afternoon and it’s usually quiet and mostly empty. Also side note, I love the custom dishware, especially the monogrammed soup spoon.

Since I haven't gone inside and have only ordered delivery from here, my review is based solely on its Korean fried chicken. The Korean fried chicken is decent but is lacking in a lot of ways. It's not as flavorful as I feel it could be and although it tastes good, it's missing the "garlic" part of the soy garlic flavor. I ordered medium but it tastes like a mild, to be honest. If you really enjoy spice you may want to order a higher spice level. It's honestly not bad considering it's just about the only spot in Blacksburg that offers Korean food and is not a bad spot to try if you're desperate to get your hands on some Korean food.
