This Restaurant could be good if the salads were consistent. I was going to get one at least once a week from across town. Unfortunately it’s not consistent. You can get a good salad one day. The next it doesn’t have all the listed ingredients or the grains are clumped together or greens have not been softened. Will not be going back.

The new reward system is literally a joke. It requires us to spend $1000 pretax to earn a bowl. And previously owned rewards points are wiped out in the new system.

Really authentic. Best place I been to since working Blacksburg. Would recommend to anyone,anytime, anyplace. Staff was really nice and efficient. Helped me with my choices as It was my first time as a customer. I appreciate what they got going on. 5 of 5 for me.

I got The Rissa and my partner got The Funk. Both were delicious. We stumbled upon this place when the place we wanted to go wasn't opened and we were SO pleasantly surprised. We will be back! Our only complaint is that they need more tables.

This popular eatery offers pre- designed salads, bowls and soups a well as build-your-own. The staff are proficient and helpful with the few dine-in tables being clean and comfortable. Having the ingredients tossed with the dressing before being served ensured each bite was deliciously coated where the ingredients offered different textures and bursts of flavor.

I stopped for lunch and was blown away by the quality and quantity of food in the grain (brown rice) bowl. Prices are in line with other lunch spots. I easily could have saved half my bowl for supper, but since that wasn't practical, I ate all the delicious chicken bits! Parking is limited due to several popular businesses nearby, but otherwise a great lunch find!

I just called to politely let them know that my food wasn’t good and the portion size is unbelievably small, but the crew member was unbelievably rude. She kept repeating, “I don’t know, you should come here,” and basically acted like it was no big deal. They refused to take my word for it and insisted I come in person just to prove it. Absolutely ridiculous.

This food was outstanding. I had a bbq tofu bowl and it was the best bowl I have ever had. I wish this place was closer to me.

A great alternative for healthy & fresh fast food.

This food is ridiculously delicious. In town for a convention...I'd never heard of Roots Natural Kitchen since we unfortunately do not have one near my home. I craved something delectable and the menu looked scrumptious. I created my own bowl with adobo chicken, brown rice, black beans, onions, charred corn, and cilantro lime sauce. It was the best chicken I've ever tasted. I could've licked the bowl. This is the type of food you never get tired of. Give them a try for something different that's healthy and tastes flavorful.

PS - please consider building more locations in North Carolina. I only see a Chapel Hill location...please consider Winston-Salem, NC. We'd tear this food up🤌🏾🤌🏾🤌🏾! I'm really sad I'll probably never get to have this food again unless I venture out several hours.

i always share one bowl with my husband! its a really good portion and its the best bowl ever, we have tried different restaurants but roots its the best!!

If I had to eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be the pesto Caesar the best thing I’ve ever tasted!! AMAZING😋
