I first visited Sake House at their location in Salem. When they moved to Blacksburg I was so happy! The family own spot has some wonderful dishes that honestly just make my happy to sit down and eat. If you are a fan of sushi definitely give it a go. If you're not, try the bento box lunches. The Chicken Katsu box is my favorite (pretty much bbq friend chicken).Love the food and especially the wonderful family that runs it!!!

I believe Sake House is probably the best sushi you can get in Blacksburg, but still not as good as some places back home so that's why there is 1 star deduction. I went once pre-COVID for $1 sushi, and no surprise, you were mostly paying for rice and little fish. But, I've started ordering off of their lunch menu (available M-F over lunch time), and I've found it to be very reasonable! Satisfies my craving, and the staff is also very nice.

This place is great. Will definitely be going back in the future. I ordered Inari sushi, Age Do Fu, and the vegetable tempura which came with miso soup and a house salad with ginger dressing and it was all great. Definitely recommend this place to others

I have been coming here since they moved from Salem to Blacksburg. MY FAVORITE SUSHI SPOT EVER. I recommend the spicy tuna! THE BEST! The wasabi shrimp appetizer is awesome too. The house salad with ginger dressing is delicious. Love this place.

I had lunch here last week and the sushi was phenomenal. I had the Hawaiian and Christina maki and they were both very delicious. My wife had the Fuji apple saki, and that was the most delicious saki we've ever tried. We can't wait to come back. It is well worth the money.

Yum! New to the area. Great customer service and food. They practice social distancing and cleanliness. Sushi was delicious. Servers are friendly. Will keep coming back! Glad I found a new sushi spot.

This place is so good I can't believe they have a 3.5 rating. The white tuna nigiri is ABSURD. The sushi rice here is delicious, it has a sweetness to it. Highly recommended. Best sushi that I know of anywhere near Blacksburg or in SWVA.
