Love the new rooftop bar! Sharkey's always has great drinks and food.

Service a little slow. It was 3 deep at the bar. When we left.

Went here a couple times and felt like it deserved a review.

For our go-to dishes. We got burgers and wings. The wings were pretty good. Always hot and noticeably crispy with nice flavor from a sauce of your choice.

The burgers which we got on the BOGO Mondays are also pretty solid. Don't expect the burger to be cooked to your expected likeness but you can expect a burger that hits the craving having all the elements you'd want from a burger.

Overall, would say it's a fairly solid establishment. Good wings (albeit kind of pricey), solid burgers, and service/atmosphere that leaves no complaints.

Such a great Hokie tradition. Will absolutely miss nights on the rooftop since my daughter is graduating. Great wings. Great atmosphere. Will always try to get back.

I visited against my better judgement because this is one of the area eateries somewhat known for slow service. I waited 30 minutes after receiving my drink and placing an order. No check in or other interaction with the staff during that time. I left to make an appointment. As I was waiting to cross the street I looked back and saw the waitress delivering the food to my table. I would not have had time to eat it and make my appointment

Sharkeys is a great place for wings, burgers and nachos! We've been going here for years and the food is always good. The service depends on the server. It's in a college town so when students are in, it gets busy.

I would give them a zero if I could. They encourage alcoholic drinks. Asked to leave and then assaulted by staff.
Rude staff gets away with it because it’s a small town with not many choices.

Food and drinks are good. Nothing special. For the price, it is worth going here to pregame other bars. Atmosphere is cool but weird and packed set up.

The worst part is the staff though. Some of the rudest encounters I've had with any restaurant or bar employees. They are known to kick out for very small things and mistakenly think people are drunk. Staff needs to be trained better on customer service. I honestly blame management and the owner.

Don't go here if you want a good and chill bar experience.

Great atmosphere and the bar tenders were on point! Fast service and the crab dip was great!

Food was delicious, service was nice and friendly. Wings were amazing.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! Alumni coming back to celebrate the Tech vs UVA game and wanted to show my family some of the best bars. Immediately got asked to leave upon entering the bar area because my boyfriend’s transitioning glasses weren’t clearing up fast enough for a stuck up employee. Literally nothing he could do if he wanted to see anything or order from the bar. Will never return again, hope this place gets its crap together. Used to be a good place, not anymore.

Came here as an out of town fan. Was having a good time until we got kicked out for wearing see through orange sunglasses and the bouncer couldn’t give us a reason to why we had to leave! Spend your money anywhere else . A 40 year old man is the bouncer on a power trip letting in 20 year old girls
