I’m on the road a lot for one of my jobs (the other is local here on campus) And honestly, out of all the Starbucks within the tri-state area, this is one of my absolute favorites (next to the lee hwy in Radford location which is my all time favorite). Great place to hang out or grab something to go - however, if you're going to use the drive thru, it can get pretty busy. It's really just a testament to how nice it is here!
I came here ONCE in the afternoon. I was visiting Blacksburg. They had no chocolate croissants. I ordered a tall chai latte with oak milk, that's it. The wait was long inside. But the drive through was even longer. The lady didn't ask me my name, and then I realised everyone's name was being called for their drink order. It was very uncomfortable and peculiar.
