absolutely the model of incompetence. Waited 15 min in a 2 person line this morning. Utterly embarrassing to make customers wait so long for a brewed coffee. You are better off farming your own beans, roasting them, having a child, teaching them to brew, and then ordering that coffee. You would still be stuck in line at this place.

Apparently, even using the app to order ahead, the starbucks baristas cannot for the life of them seem to read the modifications on my drink. That, or they just straight up ignore them, and it doesn't matter which store I go to, either. I don't like blonde espresso, so every time, I ask for signature, and every time they give me blonde. I'm not going to pay $9+ for a drink I don't even like. And I don't dont like asking them to remake it either, especially when they're often super busy. Ill just go elsewhere.

This location in main street blacksburg have the worst customer service. They always mess something up in my order is unbelievable!
Employees are nice, line moves fast, and I’ve never had a bad food experience. Always a good experience at this starbucks :)

The site says in person. Took 5 mins standing in front of the register to get someone to take my order. With five employees working you think someone would work the register. I should have to ask for someone to take my order. Staff need training on prioritizing orders.
