The site says in person. Took 5 mins standing in front of the register to get someone to take my order. With five employees working you think someone would work the register. I should have to ask for someone to take my order. Staff need training on prioritizing orders.

Staff here is always super super friendly. Great place to grab a drink and a snack while I read. Even when the drive thru line is wrapped around the building, service is still super fast. Favorite Starbucks in the area.

I overheard two of the baristas gossiping a little loudly about someone they seemed to know behind the counter. I believe one was a manager? It just seemed very out of character and unprofessional of what I would hope or expect from this location.
