The site says in person. Took 5 mins standing in front of the register to get someone to take my order. With five employees working you think someone would work the register. I should have to ask for someone to take my order. Staff need training on prioritizing orders.

Staff here is always super super friendly. Great place to grab a drink and a snack while I read. Even when the drive thru line is wrapped around the building, service is still super fast. Favorite Starbucks in the area.

I overheard two of the baristas gossiping a little loudly about someone they seemed to know behind the counter. I believe one was a manager? It just seemed very out of character and unprofessional of what I would hope or expect from this location.

This location in main street blacksburg have the worst customer service. They always mess something up in my order is unbelievable!
Fast and friendly. Be careful what time you visit, their busy mornings get very backed up. After 9:30 AM is usually best window for the quickest service.

More and more often there's service issues here. Today there was no ordering ahead with the app then with only one vehicle ahead of me to order at the drive through it took 18 minutes to get through. They were out of most breakfast items but I couldn't find out until in line. Started going to other vendors and other less convenient locations
