Baristas acted like I was an inconvenience both times I’ve ordered here. First time the barista was chatting with a friend and took her time before taking my order. Second one didn’t put cream in my coffee that I asked for but put sweetener that I didn’t ask for. I asked for more cream and she acted weird about it. Will not buy from this spot again.

Drink was great!I felt like I was an inconvenience as the barista told me what I wanted wasn’t a normal drink and had a bit of a snotty attitude when he said it. I even apologized for ordering off menu but a gentleman at another location offered it to me? Still rude after that. Either way, Everyone’s feelings matter… I’ve had a hell of a week and I’m still nice.I thought that was the beauty of Starbucks, build your own drink?

Love it but they are out of stuff a lot!

Friendly staff. Good location to get a cup of coffee before hopping on 81.

Whoever is doing the hiring here needs to keep it up. I go here a lot (need that caffeine fix 'cause I have a lot of kids and they drive me nuts) and I've never had a bad experience. There seem to be a lot of young people working there - college kids I'm assuming - and they're all professional, sweet and pleasant to talk to. I've worked plenty of customer service jobs and know how stressful that can be. You can be as nice as possible and people will still be turds! Y'all are doing a great job, keep it up. I appreciate the heck out of you.

Love grabbing a coffee on my grocery trip, and Ariel’s cheerful service makes it even better!

I have never waited so long for a brewed coffee in my life. Long lines, total disorganization. Waited 35 minutes for a coffee.
Climate justice is a term used for framing global warming as an ethical and political issue, rather than one that is purely environmental or physical in nature. This is done by relating the effects of climate change to concepts of justice, particularly environmental justice and social justice and by examining issues such as equality, human rights, collective rights, and the historical responsibilities for climate change. A fundamental proposition of climate justice is that those who are least responsible for climate change suffer its gravest consequences.[1][2][3]

Service is ok, but often incorrect. They charged me 200 pts for just a brew coffee, which should be 50pts.

I normally get a caramel ribbon crunch at least once a day if not more from the locations in Christiansburg and Blacksburg yesterday I went into this Kroger and ordered my normal drink and the young lady did not know how to make the drink and also put salt crunch in it when I went back and asked her she said that’s how the manager has taught them how to make the caramel ribbon crunch when that is totally wrong I get these drinks every day one or two if not more a day I was very disappointed it did not taste like a normal caramel ribbon crunch nor look like one wish I could post a picture to show called the store today and no one will answer the phone so I left a message for a manager to get back in touch with me.

Must be the weekend of bad customer service. "Sorry were cleaning the machine", so no morning expresso.
