One guy is not enough for front line when you have 4 on drive thru I put my order in 20 minutes before I even get there then wait another 25 before I ask and as it turned out someone stole my food after it got made then finally get my food and it’s STILL MADE WRONG it’s not that poor guys fault it’s whoever is running this place they don’t know how to run a crew

I understand that it was a game night and rammed. I have worked fast food before and totally understand. However the fact that I ordered almost three hours prior to pickup and still never got it is egregious. I was told that I was “not checked in” and that pisses me off so much since I had been very tired after the game. The staff were nice but you all have to seriously rethink how you do things because this is outrageous. I cancelled my order and will be seeking a refund. I do not recommend this place at all and will most likely not be returning.

Do not go here past 3pm and specially not on game days. It was the worst experience I've had at a fast food chain. Had me wait 2.5 hours for a quesadilla and then refused to refund me or cancel my order after waiting for a hour and half. Along with being generally unclean and not stocked. The workers were very rude and snarky.
The service of the people that are there is really fun and happy and they make the visit nice. They are always friendly and the food is really good and not that expensive. It’s a great place to go when you don’t have that much money like me I need to have a job

AVOID THIS TACO BELL. WORST TACO BELL IVE NEVER BEEN TO. GO TO CHRISTIANSBURG. wait times take at minimum 2 hours even for the smallest order. the workers are rude, slow, and careless with the orders. also if you order a baja blast, it’s so diluted because they pre-make a BUNCH to sit there until they pack it with orders. i’m so confused as to how to long it can take to get orders out. the management here needs to get it together. AWFUL experience every time. im a door dasher and a customer and ive never experienced anything good at taco bell.
