I doordash here in Blacksburg all the time and this Taco Bell consistently closes early and all the delivery drivers get spammed with orders which affects the driver's ratings when they cannot accept or complete the orders. If a business doesn't want to be open until 3:00 every morning, then they shouldn't post that they're open until 3:00 a.m. I know at this point I just sound like I'm complaining but you can ask anybody that comes here about the service. It is absolutely horrible. The workers are the rudest people I've ever met before in my life.

The young short lady wearing black winter hat was too rude . Is is really your customer service?????? I politely asked few questions about my delivery order she answered I DONT KNOW for every question. Is it not too rude????? She need to get trained to behave to the customer. I’m sorry to say that but You not supposed to work at customer service. Hope she get Fired.

Usually good food, BUT they have forgotten my meat three separate times on all of my tacos. I have come to the conc that it is because i get beans on my tacos, but that should not be reason to leave off the meat, it is very disappointing when i bite into my taco and it is meatless.

Just went to the taco bell drive thru. had the sweetest lady ever who made my night. forgot something in bag and was so sweet about it and gave a coupon. such a sweetheart. 10/10 recommend.

If you go inside past 7pm you have to wait so long for someone to take your order.. It's definitely went downhill in the past couple of years .. It costs so much for a DLT . Definitely a 99Cent taco, not over 3$ .. You can go to the Mexican Restaurant across the street for 2.70 plus tax for a taco . Ita going to be a hard pass until they can fix these problems..

Bathroom at 8 am when I went were trashed, toilets had old dried feces in the bowls as well as feces stains on seat and toilet paper with feces on them all over floor. Floors were sticky and dirty. Unless they’d had 3 tour buses full of people come through between 7am when they opened and 8am when I came in, the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned since at least the day before
