Alma, please pick up the phone because your Monday bartenders are fighting for their LIVES. Because why are you closed Sunday but your bathrooms still look like Friday night and why have the ingredients for your sandwiches gone bad but are still being left in the fridge? I love milk parlor but my most recent visit was disappointing. I ordered a death by chocolate milkshake and got a White Russian with chocolate syrup? I asked about the milkshake and the bartender said the “milk parlor spin” is to shake the milk shake instead of putting ice cream in a blender. Am I being gaslit?
Not just the coolest bar and nightclub in Blacksburg, it's the ONLY cool bar and nightclub in Blacksburg.
No one else is hosting any live music in town (yeah, OK the Lyric, but it's once every other month) and they are booking great regional talent. For instance, last Saturday featured a ten-band metal showcase starting at 3pm followed by a rave.
