Angelica was the perfect server. She works harder than she needs to and ensure the consumer has what they need. She got me every single thing I wanted and never batted an eye. This is an awesome place. Angelica will take care of of you
My girlfriend and I decided to come here for lunch, but we were met with horrible service. As soon as we sat down, our waiter stood at our table almost immediately without saying anything. Assuming he was just trying to get our drinks, I ask for water to which he rudely responds, “You’re not ready to order yet?” We had literally just got there a minute ago so I had no idea how he could’ve expected us to be ready to order. He leaves and comes back with our drinks, which he mildly slams on the counter, and continues to stand over us as we look at the menu. We ask for a few more minutes and he loudly sighs and storms off. Feeling extremely uncomfortable with our experience, we decided to leave before ordering any food, but we still had to pay a dollar since he gave us drinks despite our horrible service. I’ve been to this waffle house before and have had good experiences, but I will never go here again after this. I highly recommend firing him as this is obviously behavior that other people in the reviews have complained about as well.

Our server wasn’t very kind at all! He took our order without saying a word, and as soon as he brought out our food he dropped the check and didn’t check on us again. My friends’ waffles were small and undercooked (which our server also made), and this is a consistent theme every time we are waited on by him.

WOWZA! Our waitress was the absolute best, our dearest big Bertha took a mere 77 minutes to order our food. Then upon closing the restaurant before we got our food, she stabbed me 67 times! 19/19 would eat again

Went here the other day around 2 for some waffles, which were great and would recommend, but the service was incredibly awkward and at some points uncomfortable. It was pretty slow so maybe our waiter was just bored but he kept staring me down as I devoured my waffle, it was pretty strange...and when he first came over to take our orders and he just stared at us without saying anything for a while which was also a bit weird. The waffle was good though so not too bad of an experience.

@the waitress with the dimple piercings who gave us extra waffles on Friday, you were awesome :-)
Waffles and chocolate chips. My boyfriend and I stopped in for a snack while waiting for the family. They were quick with our orders. It was wonderful to be handed a full cup of sweet tea and another one of ice, I was able to control how much my tea got watered down by the ice.
Food is great and service was nice. Coffee is a bit watered down.

Asked staff to clean the grill due to a food allergy (after waiting 20 mins for a table) and the waitress laughed in my face, then told me “we are not cleaning it.” She did not even try to help with other solutions. I walked out.
