Massively understaffed, fountain drinks taste bad: management is skimping on the syrup and employees are not cleaning the lines.

I stopped in for a drink and run to the bathroom. The bathroom was atrocious. It hadn't been mopped for at least a few days if not more. There was liter all over the floor and feces on the walls. The trash cans by the front door and in the bathroom were overflowing.
The machine that mixes the frosty fusions had milkshake and toppings all over the floor and the whole machine.
The guy in front of me ordered and when I was trying to order he said out loud that they still hadn't gotten any drinks in and it had been days. So I stepped back to glance at the drink machine and every single soda was showing out. I asked the manager (Brittany) if she had sugar syrup in the back, she said yes and she'd have them change it right away. I walked out without ordering because it was disgusting.

I've gotten food poisoning from a biggie bag, nothing special, just the chicken sandwich one. I really liked this Wendy's upon moving here but a year later the employees are rude, and snappy for no reason, the lines are always long, they're probably terribly understaffed, and I get cold food about every time I go. Go somewhere else. Eat local. Avoid this now sad dump of yet another fast food chain location going down hill. Avoid giving money to a place where you're going to sit hungry in your car after work, waiting an hour for food that comes out COLD.

To start off we had an online order today. The lady at the window was rude, she also was touching the rims of the cups no gloves. My daughter got a lime ginger ale and there was a piece of food floating in it. She exchanged it. We were missing sauces and sour cream but not missing food this time. The food was stale and cold, baked potatoes wasn’t even warm enough to melt the cheese. Chilli was old and discolored. Horrible experience. I don’t usually give bad review but we have had the same lady 2x in a row and both times we were missing things. The first time we were missing a whole meal minus the drink. Get it together Wendy’s!

I was just there for a meal and I went to the Wendy and asked if I could use my free jr frosty for a year coupon cause I remembered and she told me no cause I didn’t tell her at the window? I have used Wendy’s a lot and never ever had this issue. Older lady sept 21st 1pm drive thru glasses.
