Food was good, but I used the kiosk and sat down with my number card, they didn't bring us our food, then I had to go behind counter to ask for cups, then they were out of tea on the floor, so I had to walk behind counter again to get someone to get me tea, and to add to it, the a/c was pumping and it was 64 degrees inside, freezing cold. Like I said, food was hot, and good, but service was nowhere to be found.

They have moved all condiments behind the counter and literally charge you for them when you buy a meal. Then do another transaction of .28 cents for a buffalo sauce pack. Not saying the price is too high for a sauce packet i will say that’s extremely petty and see why you guys are 3 stars in a town where you’re one of the only places to eat. I thought they was joking at first. I did not get any sauce with my order that i had just placed so this wasn’t asking for extra sauce. The lady up front was nice and you could tell she felt bad. Completely not her fault.

Floors were sticky at 10am. We ordered a d Cafe coffee and waited 20 mins for us to throw it away for being ice cold after being told it was being made fresh. Will never return to this location. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Upon arrival — nobody at the registers or anywhere near. Waited at least 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. Perhaps you need to wave your arms? Staff in the back seemed oblivious. Staff was rude and would not interact verbally. Order took 10 minutes to prepare and was handed to me with not a word as though I had inconvenienced them to order. The entire place was filthy! Bathrooms and dining room. Avoid this place !

Ordered $48.25 worth of food got to the window and handed the cashier $50 and was told They do not take $50 bills so we handed the food back and see ya. Not gonna go back there.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Dewayne, the manager at this McDonald's, for his exceptional professionalism and leadership during a busy breakfast rush.

The drive-through line was wrapped around the building, and curbside pickup was packed. Despite the chaos, Dewayne stayed calm, focused, and incredibly polite. I had actually made a mistake on my own end with my order, but instead of making me feel bad or brushing me off, he worked with me patiently and quickly to fix it.

Watching him manage his team was impressive—he was directing staff, answering questions, and handling customers with total respect, all while making sure the line kept moving. It's clear he sets the tone for great service even when things are hectic.

Thanks again, Dewayne, for turning what could have been a frustrating morning into a really positive experience. Your professionalism and leadership really stood out and deserve recognition!

Order through DoorDash didn’t get a Dasher until after a few hours. They then refused to remake my order even though it’s been sitting for a while as an Arby’s manager. This really disappoints me. I was all the way here in Virginia for military business and I just want some food Not to mention didn’t have my pumpkin latte and they didn’t care about that but the biggest issue they didn’t wanna remake my food for a few hours which I know is a health hazard cause after about 10 to 15 minutes. Food should be remade after sitting Hell, yeah

I ordered a simple sausage and egg muffin with no cheese and they put cheese on it and forgot the egg. I mean come on. Grown adults work in this establishment, not high schoolers.

Giblet Me Boy

So I usually don’t have anything negative to say against this McDonald’s, nor do I usually write reviews, but today was different. I was really craving breakfast, so I decided to drive down to this McDonald’s and order a steak, egg, and cheese bagel —sans cheese—. Getting home, ready to demolish this sandwich, I noticed that cheese wasn’t the only thing missing; so was the sauce and grilled onions. Now I will be sincere, I did still eat the sandwich, because I’m not driving back just for some sauce and onions, but it still saddens me that asking for “no cheese” meant, at least to them, that I only wanted the dry steak and decent egg. The service was still pretty good for going through the drive-thru.
