I asked them to remake thier mistake and they remade my food with extreme stupidity by throwing a bunch of onion on my sandwich. When I asked for the sauce they forgot the worker repeated my request to another worker in a mocking way. My food was cold, salty, the nuggets were soggy and tasted old. Highly immature bunch.

Yeah so I don't like leaving negative reviews but between the attitude from the girl at the drive thru, and the quality of the food i ordered I'm only coming in the day time. Like...the girls attitude and the fact this is the most pathetic sundae on the planet.

I walked into this McDonald's and immediately noticed the trash all over the floor as I walked towards the counter to order. I was surprised that the owner would allow their establishment to look like this. My hamburger bun was burnt and the fries were cold. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

The service was slow and the cooks were overwhelmed to where they forgot to add my burger to my bun so all I had was just cheese and the cooks are also talking back to their managers

How do you not know when French fries are done when the fryer has a timer. My fries were under cooked, limp, soggy, and greasy. Burger was Luke warm. Ridiculous!

Eating area in clean,comfortable, they really have the ac working good all summer
Ssslllooowwww. They can't handle rush hour. No matter what time of day I go, I've never had less than a ten minute wait. Even with the APP. One morning I went to the parking spot and used the app. After 15 minutes, the app said I had my food and enjoy my day. I had to go inside, ask what happened. They ran out of cooked food and gave my food to the drive thru for priority. From parking to leaving, was almost 30 minutes. I'm understanding about running the business....but let's not kick people out of line for your profit margin. What has happened to this institution? Profit Greed?

Food was good, but I used the kiosk and sat down with my number card, they didn't bring us our food, then I had to go behind counter to ask for cups, then they were out of tea on the floor, so I had to walk behind counter again to get someone to get me tea, and to add to it, the a/c was pumping and it was 64 degrees inside, freezing cold. Like I said, food was hot, and good, but service was nowhere to be found.

They have moved all condiments behind the counter and literally charge you for them when you buy a meal. Then do another transaction of .28 cents for a buffalo sauce pack. Not saying the price is too high for a sauce packet i will say that’s extremely petty and see why you guys are 3 stars in a town where you’re one of the only places to eat. I thought they was joking at first. I did not get any sauce with my order that i had just placed so this wasn’t asking for extra sauce. The lady up front was nice and you could tell she felt bad. Completely not her fault.
