The service was slow and the cooks were overwhelmed to where they forgot to add my burger to my bun so all I had was just cheese and the cooks are also talking back to their managers
Food was good, but I used the kiosk and sat down with my number card, they didn't bring us our food, then I had to go behind counter to ask for cups, then they were out of tea on the floor, so I had to walk behind counter again to get someone to get me tea, and to add to it, the a/c was pumping and it was 64 degrees inside, freezing cold. Like I said, food was hot, and good, but service was nowhere to be found.
I want to give a huge shout-out to Dewayne, the manager at this McDonald's, for his exceptional professionalism and leadership during a busy breakfast rush.
The drive-through line was wrapped around the building, and curbside pickup was packed. Despite the chaos, Dewayne stayed calm, focused, and incredibly polite. I had actually made a mistake on my own end with my order, but instead of making me feel bad or brushing me off, he worked with me patiently...
