Food was good, but I used the kiosk and sat down with my number card, they didn't bring us our food, then I had to go behind counter to ask for cups, then they were out of tea on the floor, so I had to walk behind counter again to get someone to get me tea, and to add to it, the a/c was pumping and it was 64 degrees inside, freezing cold. Like I said, food was hot, and good, but service was nowhere to be found.
I want to give a huge shout-out to Dewayne, the manager at this McDonald's, for his exceptional professionalism and leadership during a busy breakfast rush.
The drive-through line was wrapped around the building, and curbside pickup was packed. Despite the chaos, Dewayne stayed calm, focused, and incredibly polite. So I usually don’t have anything negative to say against this McDonald’s, nor do I usually write reviews, but today was different. I was really craving breakfast, so I decided to drive down to this McDonald’s and order a steak, egg, and cheese bagel —sans cheese—.
