Had to wait for service as front line person was on break. I was seen standing at the register waiting for someone to come take my order. No one even acknowledged my presence despite walking right by me. On a positive note, when the front line girl came off break, she was very kind and pleasant.
Burger wasn't cooked,sent back for one that was cooked completely through. Floor was very slick and you had to walk with extra caution. One cone posted at corner of bench seat.
I came her for a late lunch after work and was greeted by a nice man who took my order and got it out to me quick. He was professional and courteous, he has been the several times I've come in.
