You could hire a better manager that has better customer experience skills. I was told by the manager tonight she could not ring up a single with no meat. I said I would pay full price and she didn't reply at all. she was rude and when I got to the window to get my food I had to ask 3 times to get the managers name it was Aubrey and she was the one who took our order. apparently no maintenance has been done for a long time. Cold bare inside, not inviting, no decorations at all. carpet looks like it is in a greasy garage, totally nasty. No lights outside, doors need oiling and scraping the floor. Heating loud and noisy. Food was great.
My daughter and I just got our dinner from here. Both our fries were cold, her nuggets were cold and my sandwich was cold and messy. Needless to say my money was wasted and I’m now fixing dinner.
