We had a big party so of course we had to wait for tables being it was busy with folks from BSU's graduation. Our server was Jeffery and he was legit. Professional, courteous, and attentive even though it was packed and from what I could tell, got every order right. The world needs more people like him!

I recently dined at Macados restaurant and ordered their baked lasagna meal, hoping for a satisfying Italian experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were not fully met. The lasagna I received was incredibly inconsistent in temperature. While one half was piping hot and enjoyable, the other half was disappointingly lukewarm at best. This stark contrast left me puzzled and disappointed, as it significantly detracted from the overall dining experience. Additionally, the bread that came with the meal was small and unfavorable, just plain and lacking in flavor. To add to the disappointment, the menu we obtained was dirty and nasty, with an orange oil stain covering the top portion. Despite the commendable service from our waiter, the overall experience was marred by these issues. As much as I appreciate the effort and service, the combination of food inconsistencies and unclean menus makes it unlikely that I'll return anytime soon.

Waited to be seated for over 10 minutes only person at counter. When I was seated server came took order Waited 30 min no food or even a drink server never came back to table. I just walked our and won't go back.

We were so hungry and it was getting late-ish. Macado's sounded easy and quick.
We should have known right off the bat...and left. Our waiter, who was nice, was sick. Said he felt fine but he had laryngitis. Not a good sign. But we stuck it out.
Ate about half our sandwiches and took the rest home. By 2am, my husband got sick. He has been heaving his guts out all night. Needless to say, the leftovers are going in the trash, and we will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER patronize Macado's again.
Macado's was HORRIBLE when they were located in the Mall. I guess not much has changed back there in the kitchen. We will be calling the Health Department shortly.

My sister ordered an ice water and never got it... the black girls act like they hated being there especially the girl that had the long dreads whipping her hair around like she was something else.. very disappointing action. Especially when I was trying to celebrate one of my favorite holiday's. Also no toilet paper in my stall before I left..

Well, it was a Friday, the restaurant and bar were hopping, but they were severely understaffed. We waited 5 minutes to get seated as she cleaned a table, no problem. We waited 10 minutes at our table with not even a greeting, at which point we moved to the bar where some seats had opened. We waited another 5 minutes there without being acknowledged. As they went to get the drink order of the group that came in 2 groups behind us, we left.

Waited for over 90 minutes at the table for my Ruben to come out with a tiny bit of sauerkraut, no sauce, and on a hamburger bun. When I let the waiter know it was on a bun, he said it was a sourdough bun (which it certainly was not).

The restaurant was clean and welcoming, the servers were wonderful. The food was tasty but it took nearly an hour to receive it. This makes 2 times recently that I've had the same experience once dine in and one take out. The employees and servers try there best it would seem to cover for the slow kitchen and I understand it is not their fault. I feel a walk through from the management asking the customers how things are going would do wonders however I've never met the manager.All in all the food and service are great but kitchen speed/management are clearly lacking.
