The staff and management is 1st class, friendly, and attentive. The sandwiches and drinks are great and serving size plentiful. I have made several special order requests and not only were they delivered perfectly, the manager himself came to the table to make sure everything was to my liking. No matter a couple or a group of 25, always a dependably good meal at a good price.
When the manager, Jonathan, visited our table to do a quick customer service check, we shared our disappointment with the food temperature. Jonathan quickly apologized and made sure we would be compensated. The warmth and sincerity he showed in retaining my party and I as customers showed us he cared and we mattered! Thank you Jonathan. You're a true professional and a gentleman!
The last 2 times I've went, we've waited 45 minutes to be seated and waited another 30 to get the food.
