Absolutely clueless people! I got a notification that my mobile order was ready, they said they're still preparing it.
5 minutes later im literally still waiting just for some random customer come up from in the food court asking if any of us were named Heather.....they gave this random girl MY mobile order and proceeded to tell me theyre still working on it, then made me wait even longer to get my drink. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.

Made me wait 25 minutes for a salad that never arrived. I waited 25 minutes and left with nothing.

“Coleman” was the manager (at least it’s what the receipt says). Needs to manage a little better. I’ve seen McDonald’s more organized then your chick fil a.

Now I’m out of lunch time, and no food. Thank you for nothing.

The small restaurant is like many Chick-fil-A 's. Typically mobbed with customers and well-managed lines. The food is delicious.

Great customer service at this location! Jayden was such a helpful worker and he gave such great recommendations to create my go-to meal for now on! I was also short 8 cents on cash and I told him I would go pick up some coins from my wife and he told me it was fine and took his card and paid the 8 cents!! Such a great experience here!

I’m allergic to pickles and I specifically asked for no pickles and when I get home and check my sandwich it had pickles I could’ve had an allergic reaction. I aswell asked for a refill on my Diet Coke and they refused to give me a refill. The service was just not great.

Always quick service, food is always on point

Received a survey by chick fil a, which I completed for a free sandwich. However, after one email and a customer call, I’ve received no coupon. Also, ordered 4 meals for my family and the chicken was thin.

Extremely fast, really appreciated it because I was starving haha

Some kids thought it would be cute to be rude and disrespectful about my last name, I guess they thought I couldn't hear them. Took everything in me to not say something. I don't even want my food anymore and will never go back. Abhorrent childish behavior.

Not sure how there are so many good reviews. Probably the worst food I've had from any Chic Fil A locations. Food tasted like old grease. I for sure won't eat here again. Reminds me why I don't eat out.

I got food poisoning twice from Chick Fillet. Every time I goto a Chick Fillet, they screw up my order and gave me someone else's order. It's not real chicken. It's 3D plant based food.
