Delicious and pleasant.
Straightforward complete breakfast menu...and perfectly cooked eggs. Lovely friendly employees. Try the crossiant style donuts.
New favorite in the area.
What a wonderful discovery. The menu is fantastic. The food is outstanding and prices are fair. The service was awesome. What more could you ask for?
Great servers, wonderful breakfast options, always an excellent meal.
The people were very friendly and the food was delicious! I will say, for people with any allergies be aware and triple check/ remind them. I told the server twice about my dairy allergy and asked about what they use and was assured it was butter flavored but didn’t have dairy. When the toast came out with butter on it i double checked with who i assume was the manager and he said it’s the same one that’s on the table which was margarine. I double checked the ingredients and sure enough it’s dairy. Luckily my allergy isn’t severe but this could have been terrible for someone with an anaphylactic reaction. I would have given 5 stars if not for this!
Eggs Up Grill is a very cozy place to grab some breakfast. We went after my youngest son performed with the youth orchestra group at St Paul's Baptist Church. The food was filling and there are plenty of options to choose from. I was impressed with the different options of tea they had available too. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and you can tell she actually eats there. I'll definitely be going back to try different things they have to offer.

This place used to be great a couple of years ago but has gone downhill majorly since then and it's mostly staff/service related. There's this one waitress that will offer her unsolicited opinion on EVERYTHING including: astrology, politics, relationships, family, the weather, race relations, fashion and many other subjects. But when you need her to correctly take down and then bring you your order in a timely fashion she's nowhere to be found. As part of my order I asked for the eclair donuts. She brought me regular donuts. When asked about it she said 'I thought they were wrong on the pass but brought them anyway". My breakfast sandwich that was supposed to have bacon on it had no bacon. The egg on that same breakfast sandwich was supposed to be fried hard. When I got it, it was over easy and squirted all over the place when I bit into the sandwich. When I asked to speak with the manager, wearing skinny jeans with holes in them, he basically said we're busy, deal with it and didn't offer anything off the bill for the multiple issues I had. I'm going to wait a year or so until I go back. These places have high turnover so maybe they'll get some new folks that know what they're doing.

Menu has changed and quality has deteriotated. Chicken sandwich had no chicken, just lots of cheese, bacon, and sauces. Omelette is smaller now and more expensive because its an extra $1 to add each ingredient. Please pay attention to exactly what you will get for the price.

My wife and I don't go here very often, but we enjoy the food when we do. It's a nice quiet place to have a good breakfast. The only thing I did enjoy was my grits. They were a little too watery for me.

Ordered curbside pick up it has options to choose on website. I’m working so I’m limited in pick up time. I pulled up immediately at front of the door to make it easier walking only a few steps on the sidewalk. I was handed the food with an attitude because they had to step out. I was a new customer who works closeby thinking is found a new place to order from. But they don’t seem to want any business. I typically order all my lunches curbside because of my working schedule.

Atmosphere was gentle and optimistic, nice buzz when we came in. The young lady that greeted us was prompt on our time to be seated. NOW! As we ordered at the menu, which was nicely advertised, our waitress greeted us and promptly offered us coffee which was okay.
I ordered the south western bowl/ hash, not too sure about the name, and an order of buttermilk pancakes. What I noticed first with my SW bowl of hash was tiny cut up pieces of ham, green peppers and onions ( and I mean tiny!!!) and the potatoes were 4 times their size. Served with salsa and sour cream, which was not on the side ,rather in the plate with my meal.
Now…. My wife’s meal was chicken and waffles…….over cooked chicken tenders and the Belgian waffles were cold because they sat on the cooks station counter for a bit. That’s a no-no according to chef Ramsey. They did however redeemed themselves by making fresh waffles and they were pretty good, our server even brought out warm syrup. It seems though our meal wasn’t the only meal that came out cold. Another patron got cold fries as well, so clearly there’s a need for better communication between the cooks and those bringing the meals to their guests.
