Ordered 4 burgers takeout. An hour and 45 minutes after we were told our food would be ready, we left empty-handed, no food. The most ridiculously bad experience I’ve ever had. We will never be back.

Luther is great, it's also combined with Sugar Shack so it has donuts and more. It has burgers and other options, the dietary options are few as they removed a lot of the good vegetarian/vegan options years ago.

We have tries to eat here multiple times bit they are always so slow. We ordered online and it gave us a time to pick up our order. 35 minutes after our pickup time, we finally received our food They also didn't give us one of our fries we ordered. Never wasting our time here again

I never leave reviews but I had to this time. On a wimp my husband and I ordered pick up for dinner. He got a chicken sandwich and I got a classic burger. Was hot when I picked up and was so GOOD. My husband quite literally ate his sandwich in two mins. That is NOT an exaggeration. Best burger I’ve had in awhile. Had to come back when I saw the donut options and was no disappointed with the variety of flavors. Soft fluffy and delicious. Staff was so nice and helpful love the vibes. So so good and will be back! For sure!

It was my first time there. Prices were decent. Portions were better than average. The burger was good but mediocre. Maybe next time it'll be better. Service was excellent. I'm up for revisiting.
Vegetarian options: I think they have some vegan dishes.
Parking: Parking is accommodable unless their really busy.

I’ve enjoyed the doughnuts and burgers. The crab sandwich was incredibly bland. The interior is not inviting or comfortable to me. The tables are small. Eaten there three times and were bothered by flies each time. wish it was cleaner and cozier.

The burgers are actually good but when you order, no one follows directions. I can’t have cheese, so I’ve now ordered from this place 3 times and asked for no cheese, each time they put cheese on it. And you can’t remove it because it’s melted onto the burger. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering anymore.
