Penn Station East Coast Subs

Cheesesteak sub was all grease and soggy with extra salt. It went right into the trash.

Had a great experience Saturday evening. My wife and I hadn't been to Penn station in sometime till moving back. Stacy the cashier made our visit feel blessed and personable. Definitely will be returning.

Everything is great but lately trying to order online hasn’t been working. I do everything normally and at checkout it says to deselect my payment method to use a gift card, but I’m not trying to use a gift card. Really inconvenient.

Penn station has the best subs hands down. This location in particular has great service AND food. I’ve been eating here for years and I’ve never had an order get messed up. But mistakes happen and the other night my order was wrong. I called the next day and spoke with the manger and she hooked me up with a new meal. The two guys knew about it when I came into the restaurant and they HOOKED ME UP! I was so impressed with the food already but the service blew it out of the water. Everyone in this restaurant needs a raise asap.

I went in around 7:30 pm and they had most of the lights off, it took em a long time to take my order, there was only one guy cooking and the other one just walking around, I would not recommend going in at night,

Me and the hubby decided to come here for a quick bite. The prices are crazy just an fyi and my Philly cheesesteak was SO salty you could barely enjoy it pretty sure I’ll have a headache after that. Also for the amount of money you pay they should load your sub with meat and they don’t. The fries were okay they do give you a lot of fries. Please lay off the salt and season salt when making these it takes away from the actual taste of the sub. It’s also pretty hot in here so take it to go.

It's nowhere near as good as it used to be. The food was good, but the service was poor, and the place was run down.
